host Clare and Paul were very welcoming. Service was very good. Good room with excellent bed. Easy to get to towns and Villages going through beautiful scenery. Breakfast served in lovely room overlooking a lovely garden. Road a little noisy owing to construction work but soon got used to it. We would definately go again

I really enjoyed my stay here alas it was only for two nights . A lovely welcome from Claire. The place had a lovely garden to the rear which was pleasing to the eye. My room was a family room a double and single, nice and spacious. Breakfast was good too, would I stay there again ? Simple answer yes.

Lovely people, lovely room, lovely breakfast & lovely garden. I stayed here with my teenage son for 3 nights & we both loved the calm, relaxed ambience, but also the attention to detail. Thank you Claire & Paul.

This is a real gem of a place....the room (we stayed in a garden room) was stylish and well equipped (nice biscuits!, plus hairdryer that we'd forgotten), breakfast excellent and the location is perfect for a short walk to all the pubs and restaurants of Selsey High Street. We had a lovely stay here.
