Enjoyed a visit to the stunning spa followed but lunch this time in brasserie. Never disappoints on cleanliness, good service or quality of treatments, though food in the brasserie not up to standard of main house restaurant. Average food in enjoyable surroundings over looking beautiful gardens. World class. Establishment.

We loved the location, grounds, staff and food but we found the hotel a little rough around the edges, the rooms we didnt love and noticed some of the furniture was worn. we really enjoyed our stay but felt everything was majorly over priced for what it was.

A nice weekend escape. The rooms are a bit old fashioned, bathrooms too. However the new spa is well equipped and the pool area misses nothing with multiple types of sauna/heat rooms, relaxation areas outside and inside. Gardens are pleasant, especially the walled garden. Nice walks and views, food quite good and service not bad, cheerful waiting staff. Plenty to... More

We went there for an afternoon tea. Cakes and tea were delicious, the set very posh and elegant. Staff very nice and friendly enough to make the day special. We went there with my 14 months old son that , of course, didn't want to stay sit and be quiet. Everybody enjoyed him being a toddler even if he ruined... More

I had a really lovely spa day here with friends. The spa is gorgeous with excellent hot pool, saunas, steam room and outdoor pools. Pastries on arrival were a nice touch. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the treatment was soooo relaxing. This review should be 4.5 and is only not a 5 on a few points (which are pretty... More

Visited for full afternoon tea to celebrate my mum's 70th birthday. Such a gorgeous setting, the long drive through the trees was so lovely. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The afternoon tea was delicious and mum was touched by the Happy Birthday message piped on her plate. We couldn't manage it all so we were given a goodie box to... More

Lucknam Park receives generally favourable reviews, so maybe it's just me, but somehow this 5* hotel is just a little soulless. It's seriously expensive - a mid tariff room, meal & drinks in the main restaurant and breakfast and likely to be £1000 for 2 per night. So for me, it needs to be outstanding and I'm not sure it... The Hotel is an imposing old stately home at the end of a tree lined drive. The hotel is a little old fashioned at the general state of repair is not faultless but the place is quite magical. The service from start to finish was superb and the spa and brasserie appear to be quite new and are extremely luxurious.... More

We'd been before and loved it, so returned with 2 guests. Disconcertingly, the main entrance (sign-posted) looks closed ( but apparently responds when approached), so we drove on and ended up doing a lap of the lanes back to the car-park entrance which is not sign-posted but can be seen from the road. The grounds are beautiful, and we spotted... More

This was amazing from the first moment we arrived. The staff treat Everyone like royalty. The grounds are breath taking. From walking, bike riding, horse riding, swimming in an amazing pool with the best hot tub with swim in/out access, it's all here. Can't say enough about it, so just come!! There is a Brasserie, great food, or a Michelin... More
