#1 of 11 Specialty lodging in Valldal
Valldal Camping is the perfect place to stay the night at a low cost. We have good toilet and shower facilities in the main building which is also well adapted for the disabled. In the main building there is also a kiosk/grill with great food and snacks. On site we offer good opportunities for camper/caravan/tent, cabin for 4 people and tent for hire (4-man and 6-man) We have WiFi included.

Everything was perfect. We set up a tent for one night, everything was really clean and showers were nice. View by the water and our campsite was really nice. You can also order burgers and fries at the reception which was really nice too. Will definitely stay here again next time!

We booked a quadruple room via booking.com which we expected to come with private bathroom (as the other option on the website was quadruple room with shared bathroom). Ended up having a small, old wooden house with no bathroom, tv or access to water - have to cross the main driving road in order to go to the common kitchen and bathroom. This was totally unexpected and it would seem dangerous to have to cross the road when the sky is dark (luckily at the time we visited the sky was still bright at midnight). Also surprised to see that there were only 2 stoves and 2 shower rooms at the entire site, and that we need to tap our card/pay for hot tap water (both at the kitchen and bathroom, although not at the toilet). We also didn’t know that we should bring our own bed linens prior to our arrival. This may not be a place for everyone. Would not have booked it if we knew about all these in advance.
