I booked a riverside lodge through hoseasons, for an April break and the lodge was lovely inside, but there was a distinct smell of stagnant water from the washing machine area. We went for a few walks around the area and used the pool which was very small, this was 2 years ago so I am not sure if it...

When I think of my trip the word mouldy comes into mind, the side of the beds were were wet and mouldy and level of cleaning not good, the food was ok but very overpriced, the only thing that is any good is the kids entertainment and play area - however limited. Would recommend trying somewhere else!

Hi Andrew, Whilst I'm glad that your little ones enjoyed the play area and entertainment, it's disappointing that you found your accommodation to be lacking cleanliness. The team are always available on park to resolve any issues so I hope you were able to speak to them. Thanks for sharing your feedback. ^Emma

The park has Luxury cabins and caravans. The cabin we stayed in was around 300yards from centre buildings. Very warm cosy cabin with decking and near the...

We had a fantastic weekend at one of the lodges in the holiday park. Beautiful lodge; clean with a lovely forest location. Great welcome when we arrived and nothing was too much bother for the staff. We had called reception for maintenance to help us with the oven and they were there literally in minutes. Of course, we hadn't pressed...

Attended the park as part of a sun newspaper deal. Eventually took upgrade option and was assigned a nice modern caravan. Great area for waking and spent week doing just that. Great base for visiting the area. I believe the price is high in summer months but ok at the time I visited during Nov

We stayed here for 4 nights over half term having booked a cheap deal through a newspaper. I've booked similar deals before at other sites, so we had a rough idea what to expect. The site is in a lovely woodland setting on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park. We arrived early, but reception took my phone number and...
