Excellent park. Stayed with my family of 3 children. We stayed in a willow 2 bed caravan opposite the duck pond, can't fault it very clean and well equipped with veranda, absolutely spotless. Staff very friendly. The only downside was the lack of entertainment and activities for children other than that great place will be back soon.

booked a fairly last minute 3 day break and stayed in one of the Riverside lodges. Everything was brilliant, pretty much exactly as described on their website and in the video. Particular mention of Kayleigh [or Kelly?] who answered our call at 8.00 am Monday morning when our toaster had packed up. She was on our doorstep about 5 minutes... More

After a very stressful Saturday night we arrived here on the Sunday and we were given amazing customer service the lady on reception was fantastic and got us a caravan for a good price. The caravan was lovely and a park outside it made the children's holiday. The club was family orientated and a good atmosphere. My husband is in... More

Had a great time here. We had a few problems with the lodge but the staff, especially Sara could not have been more helpful and apologetic for the issues we had. Grandson has food allergies and the waiting and kitchen staff were terrific at ensuring the preparation of his food was safe. Clean and safe children's play area and friendly... More

Nice locational a lot to visit nearby. The service was not so good as the free WiFi does not exist where the caravans are, more than that can't even use my data as no signal, at the bar/ lounge is a very weak signal for the free WiFi. The pool you can use it 45 minutes at the time and... More

We took a mid week break during peak season, from Monday to Friday. Could not fault our accommodation, the caravan was very clean and fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable too.The maintenance team were very efficient, we had no power at one point and just as we put the phone down, the team had arrived and sorted it out.... More

Being a professional travel writer I have stayed in many places throughout the world and can honestly say that our self catering stay at the Park Dean Tummel Valley Park in May 2016 was one of the best, so much so we have booked to stay again in May 2017. Located in the Tay Forest, one of the most beautiful... More

First impressions of the park were great, lovely location , lodge looked nice (that was before we walked in the front door) considering the lodge is advertised as 'luxury' there was nothing luxury about it , it was filthy, curtains were hanging off, furniture had seen better days and as for the 'clean' bedding and towels their was human hair... On arriving at the park had to wait and extra hour before getting into our lodge and manager had an attitude problem! As for the cleaning of the lodge it was disgusting , dirty bed sheets , quilts were stained with urine and the place was falling to pieces! As for the entertainment for kids was shocking the staff looked... More
