I wholeheartedly recommend this small family-business hotel. The hosts are very welcoming and they are the essence of "philoxenia". It's in a very quite alley of Perdika and located very close to the sea and to the fish taverns of Perdika. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and a perfect front garden with a majestic bougainvillea that lights up the place with... More

Warm welcome from English speaking owner at this bougainvillea draped hotel complete with its own chapel. Excellent value and only yards from the harbour . Good breakfast and nice room too. Could not ask for more.

We visited this charming hotel again and we're pleased to report it's just as lovely as it was in June/July last year. Pavlos is an excellent host, very friendly and has a wealth of knowledge about the history of the area, both recent and back to Ancient times. the breakfasts are fantastic and the village itself is lovely. If you're... More

I did not ask for and I did not have any kind of breakfast. The price was good, BUT nobody cleaned my room for two days and nights. So I decided to leave earlier than I was to. The owner's explanations were not satisfying at all. And what explanations you can give when you do not clean a room for... More

We stayed one night here in the little town of Perdika. The owner was very welcoming and served a wonderful breakfast (delicious coffee!!). The room was very clean with a small bathroom. The bathroom had seen better days but functioned fine. We didn't spend much time in the room but out walking and exploring the shore. For longer stays, perhaps... More

I fully agree with the traveller from Germany. Few details should be added. My room too was very small with a broken shower holder. Please see the pictures. You could not sit by the desk as it was not enough room to pool the chair. And I do not believe it was the same as pink style rooms are rarely... More

+The room was very clean including the bed sheets and the bathroom. + We had a corner room so the natural ventilation was great. + There was a cleaning service everyday, also we stayed for five days and they changed our towels the morning of the third day. +The family that runs the hotel is very welcoming. +The continental breakfast... We went on a quick two day trip to the island of Aegina and stayed here. It was great being out away from the main port of Egina, where there was a lot of noise and bustling. Perdika was a cute little town and the hotel was a quick walk to the harbor. We took the boat out to Moni... More

We stayed here for 2 nights during the week and loved it. Pavlos met us on arrival and was charming, helpful and available to answer any questions without being intrusive. The hotel is set a minutes walk from the harbour of which the roof terrace and some rooms have a great view! The village has a lovely atmosphere (it does... More

I had a pleasant couple of days stay in the Hippocampus. It's a minute away from the beach and the nice seafront of Perdika. The owner of the hotel was very nice and obliging and the hotel courtyard was very pretty. I have to say my room was incredibly small but I guess that's OK because I did rather be... More
