We stayed two nights here and were very well looked after. Parking on site, a warm welcome and a cold beer on arrival (very welcome after a 15 km hike in the nearby mountains).
Clean rooms, plenty of hot water and good showers.
The patron recommended a nearby Grotto for our first night's dinner as the on-site restaurant wasn't open that night (limited opening hours/days for the evening meal), and it was good.
Dinner at San Giorgio the following night was very good indeed - delicious risotto!
Delightful restaurant for breakfast and dinner in a garden setting, but very effective heating for those cooler mornings and evenings. Everything you could want for breakfast - buffet style.
Nothing was too much trouble for the patron, but the waitress could have been much friendlier in the evening.
We would certainly recommend this place and would be happy to return. More
