If you yearn to get away from the "traditional" stuffiness and exorbitant prices of 5 star properties in Sankt. Moritz itself, then this is your alternative. Located a mere 5 Kms (approx 3 miles) from downtown Sankt Moritz, the Nira Alpina offers large, modern and comfortable rooms in a well designed hotel. What's more, the property is directly connected to...

We stayed for one night whilst on a road trip across the Alps. The welcome was warm and efficient. We spent much of the afternoon/early evening relaxing in the very comfortable setting of the roof top bar and were very well looked after by the attentive bar men - top ups and nibbles perfectly timed without having to lift a...

My family of 4 (chidren aged 10 and 11) had a 7 day hiking and biking holiday staying half board at Nira Alpina. It simply couldnt have been more terrific. Very nice hotel, excellent team of employees, friendly service, great location, restaurant food at lunch and dinner is good, yet a bit overpriced. Breakfast buffet is very good and room service was also nice! The alpine suite was roomy and the built-in folding bed was of good quality for our kid.

I recently spent two- night at Nira Alpina and loved it! Service is very important to me and they blew me away! The Stars restaurant was delicious and the spa amazing... Largest sauna and stream rooms ever! The view from my suite made us feel like we were at the heart of the mountains... I will be back for sure!

My Husband and I travelled to Silvaplana for a three days break recently. The Nira Alpina Hotel has recently changed ownership and it's newly built. The entire hotel is very modern but with an alpine feel. The materials used to decorate the hotel are natural woods and dark limestone. We stayed in a standarn room with a large balcony overlooking...

The hotel has everything that they claim they have. It is new, it is well located next to the slopes, they drive you to St Moritz any time you want to go. Best thing is the staff, including managers and reception - they are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Did not like their dinner too much. Chef ambitious, but food below...

We just loved this place (couple and dog), the service is tops all round, the location is 10m from the cable car, the view from the balconies is lovely, the room and bathroom were huge, modern, and super comfortable. The spa was fantastic and we loved the bar upstairs. We had innovative tasty cocktails and huge and delicious appetizers in...
