Poor animation, very few people speak other language, than Italian. The people who do it know no more than 10-15 words. Actually its all inclusive, but be prepared to pay extra money for normal espresso coffee any time you need one and for drinking water at night. One thing you will probably enjoy is the cuisine.

The hotel complex is nice, very clean, well equipped. The food is good, snough and delicious. If you go there you must stay in the whole time and will be OK. If you want to go sightseeing around it's very exsausting, because you wll travel whole day. Everything is so far from the hotel. All animation program is in Italian,... More

Visited this resort with my girlfriend late June. An amazing resort all in all. Staff are incredibly friendly and very welcoming, they got us involved in all the activities including a beach golf tournament! The excursions are a must, we had so much fun on them, sicily is a beautiful place, don't restrain yourself to just the resort views. The... More

Nice place, amazing food, very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is isolated, but there are many excursions and trips organised by the hotel to famous Sicilian places and tourist attractions like the Etna volcano, Taormina, Siracusa and Notto, Scala del turchi, Agrigento. We highly recommend all of the excursions and trips offered.

We spent a nice relaxing week's holiday at this resort. Beach and the grounds are outstanding. It's worth going for sea view rooms, beautiful view from your balcony. Had lovely morning swims in the sea, it's beautiful and calm then, tends to be windy causing large waves in the afternoons - also great fun. Pool was never overcrowded, always spare... More

Just spent a week in July with my family. We had two double rooms in the furthest end of the village so we had to walk let's say 5 min to the restaraunt and reception area, but on the plus side it was the quitest place in the resort so we got excellent rest and sleep. Anyway - a perfect... More

We visited here in May and we were very disappointed. It was our first holiday in Sicily and will be our last. The resort was in a very beautiful location - pity you couldn't see it. We spent our time "in a street" which was where our patio was. (we were lucky because the upper rooms didn't have access to... More

We visited Eden Village in May 2015 and had a fantastic time, the hotel has predominately Italian guests and staff but we were very welcomed and the entertainment team included us in all activities. The food was amazing, only down side was that the hotel was not all inclusive, despite booking an all inclusive holiday this only included food 'soft'... More

I stayed here for a week with a group of about 60 tourist from Bulgaria. As this place is very isolated you do not have so many choises for exploring the spirit of Sicily. The only option you have is to rent a car. The room was very dark with uncomfortable bed and old fashioned furniture. Food was not so... More

Not sure what to expect given some past reviews but very pleasantly surprised. Rooms very clean & well equipped. Set out as a village surrounded by lovely gardens. All staff very polite and welcoming. Special mention to Eleonora who spoke v good English as well as to all the hard working animation team. Meals were excellent, varied & delicious. Hors... More
