We booked our vacation through an agency because of our friends that wanted to go with them. We stayed for 7 days. After arriving in the complex we were very warm welcomed. The first two days everything was almost perfect. Very friendly staff, very good food etc. After that something changed and and the staff especially in the bar stopped...

The resort is in the middle of no where, no shops near. Not many people speak English in the resort and all entertainment is in Italian. This didn't bother me too much, as I was visiting an Italian resort! If you have booked all inclusive, don't expect to be all inclusive! You will be on a 'soft all inclusive' -...

The web designer they employed was excellent, the reality was disappointing. If you are seeking a taste of Sicily or even Italy then you may well be disappointed, I was. the food was predictable and unimaginative, the staff on the whole were polite but not always the most helpful. The rooms are clean, large and sparse. When you compare this...

We went to Sikania for a wedding at the nearby Castilio Falconara, as most of the wedding party were staying there. We were the only British people there. Most of the other guests were Italian with a few Eastern Europeans and Germans. The room we had was a Superior Room, it was large and airy, sparsely but adequately furnished with...

GOOD: The entire village is sparkling clean, not only your room, but also all around. Staff is doing all the best to help you and make your staying as comfortable as you wish. Grilled fish or meat done at the moment or sort of. Good dessert selections at the breakfast and at the meals. Cheese like grana and pecorino as...

Poor animation, very few people speak other language, than Italian. The people who do it know no more than 10-15 words. Actually its all inclusive, but be prepared to pay extra money for normal espresso coffee any time you need one and for drinking water at night. One thing you will probably enjoy is the cuisine.

The hotel complex is nice, very clean, well equipped. The food is good, snough and delicious. If you go there you must stay in the whole time and will be OK. If you want to go sightseeing around it's very exsausting, because you wll travel whole day. Everything is so far from the hotel. All animation program is in Italian,...

Visited this resort with my girlfriend late June. An amazing resort all in all. Staff are incredibly friendly and very welcoming, they got us involved in all the activities including a beach golf tournament! The excursions are a must, we had so much fun on them, sicily is a beautiful place, don't restrain yourself to just the resort views. The...

Nice place, amazing food, very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is isolated, but there are many excursions and trips organised by the hotel to famous Sicilian places and tourist attractions like the Etna volcano, Taormina, Siracusa and Notto, Scala del turchi, Agrigento. We highly recommend all of the excursions and trips offered.
