# 5 bus take you a block away and the # 15 is a five min walk to the hotel. Cross the street from the Mestre train station for the bus. Both bus lines take you to Venice airport in less than 5 minutes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean rooms. No noise problem for me! Small rooms, but large bathroom....

Through a travel agent I had paid full rate in advance for a standard room for 2 nights but when I arrived I was put in a junior (like a walk in closet) with no window and non-functioning air-conditioning. All my requests for a change/refund were refused by a loud authoritarian male manager who bullied me into submission. Venice Resort...

We stayed here for 1 night as we could not fly out of Venice becuase of the ash cloud from the volcano and it was very convenient being close to the airport but that was it. No double rooms were available so we had to book 2 single rooms. We were first told by the hotel that it should cost...

Winter storm conditions brought me to this hotel for 2 nights while waiting to get out of Venice Airport. It was a mostly positive experience....the few negatives include another guests' remark that the "walls are very thin". I could hear people talking in their rooms all night long...yet when I went out into the hallway planning to complain, it was...

Rather shabby, banged up walls, dirty floors and very loud. We wanted to spend the last night of our 2 weeks in Italy near the Airport and just settle down, and relax. That didn't happen. The neighbors were entertainng guests (or something) until 2:00 am and complining about AT&T. I feel their pain with the phone company but when walls...

We had an early flight and stayed here so we did not have to worry about the extra commute time from Venice. Hotel room was very nice, very clean, and hotel staff very helpful. You will pay a ridiculous cost ($25Euros) to get to the airport if it is considered an off-hour time, but the hotel isn't responsible for this.

lovely hotel located only a couple of miles from airport, very convinient for late fligths however very occasional aeroplane noise can be heard. Hotel is located outside of venice itself, making the price much more competetive, very simple to get to venice on eith no 5 or no 15 bus costing us no extra as we needed a 5day bus...

This worked out perfectly. So, close to Marco Polo airport and only a small bus ride to Venice. Spacious, large bath and shower, Very clean, great breakfast and we would definitely stay here again. Our Italian, relatives thought it was a great find also.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport being just two stops away on the local bus [number 15]. The bus leaves from the airport entrance. Bus fare is very little but you are supposed to buy your tickets before you board the bus. You can also get a number 5 bus from nearby the hotel and it will take...

I think the previous review ("Mixed Bag") is fairly accurate. If you want to stay near the airport, the location can't be beat. A cab takes 3 minutes and you could probably walk to the airport in a pinch. And for the price, the rooms are very nicely appointed and clean--comparable to what you'd get in San Marco for half...
