    Attic room, dated. Lumpy pillows. Bottom sheet didnt fit the bed. TV buzzed. TV remote fell apart & worked rarely. No hotel information in the room. So theres the negatives which can all be easily fixed. Staff. Warm. Welcoming. Friendly & efficient. Food very good....More

    Warm and welcoming village Inn - just a stroll from the local Travelodge. Great staff, good food and wine. Real ales but, for a Greene King pub, suprised there was no Abbot on draft - still the Butcombes was good.

    There were dogs in the bar area, not sure if they stayed in the hotel! Give them a call!

    Again we only stayed on the first floor but to my knowledge two of the other rooms on that floor were doubles. Check with the hotel
