Booked evening meal for 2 Saturday 16/7/16. Shown to table straight away. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Had tempura prawns as a starter. Absolutely delicious. We both had smugglers chicken for main course. Could not believe the size of the meal. It was huge and we could not eat it all. Standard of food out of this world. Was that... More

Visited for a short stay in April, the weather was good and the hotel and staff were magnificent. The food was amazing with the only problem being that the meals were massive, (if that is a problem), the views from the balcony are brilliant and perfect for dolphin spotting, due to go back again for a full week in July,... Well priced, lovely meal. Traditional roast, meat was lovely and tender. busy little place. Don't feel rushed at all. Table by the window overlooking the sea. Shame closed during week! Considering booking a room for end of season visit! Tables are quite close together.

The Wellington Inn is a great B&B and a lovely place to stay, they offer three self contained flats above their pub each sharing a lovely outside space to sit and watch the world go by overlooking the sea. Which I might add is literally the other side of the road. There is also a fantastic menu of freshly cooked... More

From the moment we arrived we were made extremely welcome. Our suite was very well furnished and the bed really comfortable. Dinner in the evening was superb with one dish specially cooked on request (last time visited over 10 years ago). The breakfast was delightful and we could see dolphins sporting in the sea from our table. The only 'downside'... More

What a great Sunday Lunch. The portions are very generous and you can have a regular or large. The meal is hot and you are served fresh vegetables in a separate dish. Unfortunately we were too full for a sweet.Staff are very friendly and it is lovely to go out for lunch when you get such a perfect meal as... More

Well what can I say - 18 years since our last visit and we were not disappointed. Same owner and chefs and it shows! Fantastic seafood and great service. Make sure you are hungry as portions are generous. We'll not leave it another 18 years that's for sure!
