1st time visiting Zakynthos and this hotel and we can't wait to go back. From arrival where Konstantin greeted us and talked us thru all we needed to kno to check out it was a perfect holiday. Rooms are basic but very clean, they're cleaned everyday and despite what other reviews say the towels and sheets are changed regularly also. I found if we left the towels on the floor they'd be changed. Food is what you'd expect from all inclusive, we never went hungry and found the selection pretty decent, quite refreshing that chips weren't served at every meal like I've experienced before! Not big drinkers so a few shandys was the most we had and lemon or orange Fanta. Never had a problem ordering more than 2 drinks like some reviews state. I'd advise bringing water shoes cos the beach is pebbles but once your in the sea its sand and very shallow. You could go 100meters or more and still stand up and the water was lovely and warm, the pool was abit cooler with a shallow end and a deep end. No hassel at all with sun loungers, even after 10am there was still plenty available. A short 5-10min walk takes you into the town where there's plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc and you can get a ride with 1 of the many horsemen in the town which I found very quaint. There is a restaurant right beside the hotel on the left and also on the right but we never tried them. We paid for aircon, didn't bother us having to pay to keep cool as it was 41 42 degrees the 1st 2 days, think it's 7 or 8 euro per day. Forgot to mention all rooms have a pool and sea view also. Id definitely recommend a visit to find out for yourself, maybe remember its Greece and a small island and its family run so it's not gona be the same as these big hotel chains. I for 1 can't wait to go back

We arrived late on the 19th Sept, was met by the owner Konstantin, who informed us that they had put water and sandwiches in the rooms fridge for us. We were in a 3 bed room, which was huge and clean. The beds were a little firm but not really an issue.
The location was wonderful, right on the beach, a 15 minute walk to Alykes and another 15/20 mins to Alykanas(much better choice of shops and bars).
The all inclusive ran from 11am to 11pm,
Limited choice of drinks and no cocktails.
The food was a bit hit and miss and could be quite cold at times. There was a little supermarket called Sidneys around the corner of the hotel wich was really handy and not at all expensive. A cocktail bar next to it called Virago's was fantastic and the drinks amazing, cocktails only 6€, great music and really friendly couple who ran it.
Rooms were cleaned daily.
A very quite hotel, so if your looking for a really peaceful break and aren't too fussy about the food or Limited drinks available then this hotel is a little gem.
Konstantin and his staff especially the receptionist and young chap who looked after the bar and restaurant (in the day time) were lovely. The all inclusive finished when we left (for us that was 6.30pm) and we were allowed to keep our room till we went at no extra cost.
Only 2 issues really, 1. The food and selection available, and 2. The Mosquitos obviously this wasn't the hotels fault . We were absolutely covered in bites by the time we left, so make sure you bring a really good repellent and buy sting relief from the chemist in Alykanas.
We had a lovely time with just a few niggles.

We enjoyed another wonderful relaxing holiday in this gem of a hotel. Konstantin, Doris and all the team and so warm and friendly and cannot do enough for you. This is a very quiet and peaceful hotel right on the beach with a lovely pool too. It's a lovely stroll into town either along the beach or the road behind with pretty mountain views if you want a change of scenery. The food is fresh and authentically Greek and a good selection for a small hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Drinks are local and served with a smile by the lovely hard working team. The hotel is spotless and rooms are cleaned daily with regular towel and bedding changes. This is an honest family run hotel not an all singing all inclusive and doesn't sell itself as such. If you want a relaxed holiday with a friendly team in a gorgeous location give it a try. We will be going back as soon as we can for another lovely holiday! Thank you to all the team, take care and we look forward to seeing you again soon 🥰🥰🥰

This is a beautiful small family run hotel. The rooms though basic are comfortable and spotlessly clean with an excellently powerful shower. The check in experience is really good with a friendly welcome from Doris. We arrived just as lunch was ending and the hotel owner took us over to the restaurant to eat. The location of the hotel is stunning just a meter away from the beach. I would suggest anyone going takes sand shoes as you have to go over a couple of meters of stones to access the gorgeous clear warm water…. It is fairly shallow for quite a good way out so very safe too.
For the most part the staff are friendly but a couple of the senior women were extremely miserable ( one in particular I don’t think I ever saw smile and she was very bossy towards some of the guests.
Having said all the above I feel that the hotel should limit themselves to bed and breakfast as the all inclusive experience was certainly not up to the standards I have previously experienced. The food was very similar every day salads exactly the same every day. The drinks were very low in alcohol… possibly watered down?
We only stayed for 7 nights and ate out 3 evenings just for a change of diet. It’s such a shame as a little more effort would completely change the experience.
If you are ok to eat and drink outside the hotel please go stay because as I say it is a beautiful location… quiet beach plenty of room to swim

We would highly recommend this small friendly family run hotel. The staff were all more than helpful and extremely welcoming. The hotel is on the beach, the tide is in all the time with a small pebble beach, which is a perfect location and you can walk out to sea a good while before the water gets deep, great for children. The food was plentiful and my husband is a vegetarian and there was a good selection for him. The rooms were clean & tidy and cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful and always hot water. The pool was clean and very much needed for a cool down! Very quiet location, short walk into the small center. We hired a car for the day and traveled around the island, which is beautiful and lots of view points and site seeing. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

This was our first visit to the Konstantin Beach Hotel. We booked a last minute deal on the Sunday and travelled on the Thursday with Jet 2. We were slightly worried but need not have. The hotel is great, Konstantin, Doris and the whole team go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was lovely and exceptionally clean. We had a sea view but I think the majority of rooms have that, but ours was particularly beautiful.

The food was good with the usual Mediterranean mix that you get at an all inclusive. Lunch and dinner are exceptionally good.

The hotel is outside of town about 1500m away where you can find a variety of restaurants and bars, souvenir shops etc. A cocktail in town is about 6 euros and when we had too much to drink we got a horse ride back for ten euros, but it is an easy walk. There is also a lovely restaurant and bar right outside the hotel if you want to stay close to home.

The all inclusive bar is open from 11-11. There is no entertainment in the evening but you can sit out on the sea and have a drink. This resort is great for a relaxing chill out. The benefit is the pool is directly on the sea front so you can go backwards and forwards easily which we loved. We will be back, the team, the view and the chilled out vibe make this a perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries.

Only positive things to say!Location is perfect literally right on the beach, but also 10 minutes walk into town, food was incredible, all sourced locally. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Always found a sunbed at any time of the day(no mad morning rush). Constantine, his family and staff made our stay one of the most relaxed we've had. We will definitely be back!! We’re staying here at the moment .. August 2022. We’ve been on lots of all inclusive holidays 3, 4 and 5 star hotels but this hotel really beats all hotels we’ve stayed in.

Konstantin is passionate about ensuring that his family business continues with the highest quality. From check-in we were made to feel comfortable. The food is amazing. They source their meat from the best butchers and choose organic. I met other people who were vegetarian and they even said there was so much to choose from in the hotel.

So many positives with this hotel .. rooms cleaned daily. Pool is kept very clesn. Staff happy and would go out of their way to help you have the most comfortable stay. On top of all that they have the sea right on their doorstop with clean fresh, very salty water.

Everyone staying here is happy because the hotel is amazing. If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t hesitate .. you honestly won’t be disappointed :)

Avoid this hote it is lovely on the outside but is dull and dark on the inside.
The food is repetativeb very bland and the previous days warm ups. There is not much choice there is no fresh milk for cereal on a morning or for a cup of tea throughtout the day . Had to buy our own. The lager and fizzy drinks you had to ask for which were watered down also the fruit juice. Not much choice for drinks 1 lager, boxed wine or spirits but if wanted something else they did not have it.
Had to clear tables after yourself.
If wanted ice cream it was only available at meal times and snacks were provided at 4pm everyday and was always cheese and ham sandwiches, pizza squares (1 bite big) or a pastie also 1 bite big.
The staff made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as if we shouldn't be there.
We ate out everyday as it was that bad
This is the worst all inclusive holiday i have ever been on. It has made me really think about going All Inclusive again.

Hi there are sun beds on the beach further down. They are not free as they are attached to a bar. At the hotel they are by the pool there is not enough beach for additional beds but they are so close!
