We always have an apartment when we visit and it ticks every box for us! The staff are so helpful, the hotel is clean, the apartment has everything we need, brilliant facilities (especially the dishwasher!!) the washing machine and all so clean!! The pool etc is wonderful (the only thing I would say is maybe more shade for the rooftop loungers - it’s a real sun trap) we really feel like it’s our second home! So handy for the beach but also easy to get into Jesolo. We prefer Eraclea because it’s quiet but still lots of lovely restaurants and entertainment. Don’t book anywhere else. This is now our 4th time! The staff in the local supermarket and shop are wonderful - so patient with our lack of Italian language. Can’t wait to get back! 🥰🥰🥰 We didn’t visit in August 2021, the last time(because of Covid) was August 2020. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Pros + very clean every day, this was important for us 👍🏻 + really dog friendly, no stupid rules for pets, they felt like home + very friendly staff❤️ + breakfast buffet Cons - parking - very complicated, there is an underground garage with cár leverage to park second car under, the spaces are really right we had big SUV and it was 30mins everytime, street in front of hotel blocked with cars,.. -swimming pool - quite small for that big hotel, some days not clean and really full of streaming kids all the time -restaurant in the pool- really bad -dinner - too early only between 7pm to 8pm - the same food all the time and some days no vegetarian dinner options, although people who eat meat very happy -room furniture- - bed mattress really uncomfortable - i know that few people come there to see tv, but we were there two weeks and one evening wanted to watch a movie (dinner finishes 8pm after all) but tv was like from year 1990 not able to read a USB, image very poor -surrounding- - not directly on beach - beach 8min walking although the road is nice, full of trees but on beach you have to walk other 4min to come to hotel section - very few things to do around, its a village

An amazing Hotel and really good staff! We have been there in a family, it was a great accomodation which has satisfied all our need as a family, from the start of our vacation we knew the hotel the it will be perfect for us, as the reception team was professional and kind! The owner Nadia was there as well, she is a super kind person and professional! The food was delicious and the waiters were super fast to satisfy all your needs I send a big thank you to Hicham the waiters supervisor he was perfect! The swimming pool in the roof was a great idea as you can find one for the little ones and one for the adults and there are 3 jacuzzi wich we found great for our relaxation time as a family, you have a great view over Eraclea Mare from the top! There is fresh pizza available if you want to order and a bar with fresh drinks wich we have used! The hotel from the rooms to the the public areas was super clean! Thank you all for the great service and we had a really good time and wonderful vacations! See you next year! Aumaima! ❤️

This might be a lengthy review but hopefully it will be useful. First thing first, what is included in the all-inclusive formula: breakfast, lunch, dinner, water (with and without gas), red wine, white wine, beer, soft drinks (Coke, Coke light etc.), daily housekeeping, usage of the rooftop pool area, the beach pass (lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach). 1) the meals: breakfast is a buffet, there is a large choice of breads, fresh fruit, cheeses, meats (type ham), jams, coffee, eggs. It can be enjoyed indoors or on the ground floor outdoor space. Lunch is served in the restaurant between 12:30 and 1:30pm. Dinner is served in the restaurant as well, between 7 and 8:30pm. A salad/sides buffet is also offered. The quality of the food that is being served is remarkable: fresh, unpretentious and executed to perfection. Fish and seafood lovers will be pleased. The service is also excellent. The lead waiter Isham (apologies if misspelled) is a magician: always nearby when you need him and out of sight when you would like to enjoy more privacy. Very friendly and professional, he is the waiter of all waiters! NB for the management team: never let Isham go! 2) Housekeeping: upon arrival, our bedroom was so spotless clean that it put my housekeeping skills to shame. Every single day, the room was cleaned to perfection, the bed remade and our towels changed. What a pleasure to take a stroll on the beach after breakfast and come back to an immaculate bedroom. A big thank you to you, ladies! 3) The rooftop pool area: my husband and I did not get a chance to enjoy the space much as we had two slightly misbehaved pups in our bedroom and the rooftop is (understandably) not accepting pets. The view from up there is beautiful though. 4) The beach pass. I am one of these people that doesn't enjoy laying in the sand, mostly because as a contact lenses wearer, I nearly always end up with conjunctivitis (sea breeze + sand next to my face = ouch). No need to worry about it this time because Eraclea Palace Hotel treats their guests with lounge chairs and a large umbrella right on the beachfront. Social distancing was easy to apply and my husband and I spent most of our days breathing that amazing salty air, under the shade of our umbrella. Relaxation at its finest. 5) Let Andrea treat you to a massage, you will love it! All in all, our one week stay at Eraclea Palace felt like a whole month worth of rest. We fully recommend both the hotel and the all inclusive option.

In a place where you travel back in time because Internet is basically unavailable at a good speed anywhere in town, this hotel is a highlight... I am not a guest of the hotel, but I asked if I could log into the hotel Wi-Fi for an hour because I really needed to get some work done and they were very kind to let me use it for €3 for much longer than an hour, in a peaceful silent atmosphere I could use high-speed Internet and was very happy about their generosity.

We have just returned from 10 days at this hotel. We managed to squeeze into the apartment for 5 which was adequate for our needs. It was small but very good value for money and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic. Eraclea is a wonderful quieter alternative to busy Jesolo and everyone is so friendly! The supermarket next door is perfect and the restaurants on the Main Street are all very helpful. The beach is also very well equipped and spotless. Perfect if you like things a little quieter. Can’t wait to come back!

We just vent for 12 days, with our 2 boys, 3y and 7y old. At first we were a little disappointed over the room, a 2 room/family suite with balcony. The bathroom did not look like the pictures from the website, although it was generally a fine bathroom, it was not nearly as stylish and NEW as the pictures would have you believe. Also we did not have access to the kitchenette because we booked half-board, which by the way is more expensive than the same room without board, so that was odd to us, we actually had to pay extra to get access to the kitchenette, and since we have small children we obviously needed that, so that was a bit of a let down to begin with. But if life hands you a lemon, you make lemonade right, this was our vacation and we wanted to have a good one. so after that first disappointment, we actually had a really good vacation and the staff was very accommodating, when our youngest fell asleep before dinner, they served us up a (big) tray with dinner for us all so we could eat in our room, we did that three times, no problems there :-). Food: overall the food was good, above average and we never went to bed hungry, the Italian dishes were definitely the best, they make all different kinds of Risotto and pasta-dishes and they were all delicious. the more "continental" dishes especially for children, like nuggets or hamburger could use a little love, they are uninspired! Breakfast: was very good, it had everything we needed and more to it! The pool area: Roof-top, was very nice, awesome view, and what we needed for our children (and our selves) to swim and play. So with the very nice staff and everything else very good, we had a great vacation, which could have had a better 1st day, but I would still recommend this hotel to others. Not for couples or singles though, it is very much a family hotel.

This was a very nice Hotel with very nice facility's. The staff are incredible and went out of their way on several occasions to help us out. The hotel was quiet and very family geared. It has a nice gym with everything you need. The pool was always nicely kept with clean water and clean surroundings. The lobby was always clean and welcoming. We did not have breakfast any of the days here, but instead went across the street to "living Eraclea Mare" the owner is lovely and kind, and though she didn't speak English well she tried her best. The breakfast was delicious and 1/2 the cost of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, very close to most things and close to the beach. The pine forest is so nice to stroll though or rent bikes and take a ride. Bike rentals at the hotel were E1.50 for 1 hour E5.00 for 1/2 day and a little bit more for a full day. We took out bikes for 6.6 hours and they only charged us E5.00 each. Breakfast is E12.00/day if you have it every morning of your stay (billed directly to you) or E15.00 if you only go once or twice through your stay. There is a complimentary coffee station in the lobby which is always kept clean with fresh water and cookies. I would highly recommend this place, it was very nice.

Very well made rooms with a lot of space, the hotel is not far away from the beach and very close to the city centre. The food was excelent and they have very caring staff. The best part is the view tht you have from the top of the building were there are the swimming pools, bar, fitness area, play area for kids and spa. A very relaxing trip full of positivity. This experience is surely worth the price.
