We loved this place. The location is idyllic. We stayed in a little wooden tent (mattress, pillow and duvet provided) and this was comfortable, clean and fun. The shared kitchen facilities were excellent. The washroom facilities were brilliant - new and clean. Even though the site was full, it wasn't overcrowded like some we saw in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Peter Della Bianca, our contact from Camp Korita appeared friendly at the start of our reservation. But since we sadly had to cancel our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, he took it upon himself to keep our 120 EURO advance. He referred to his general terms which we were never sent. It's a sad thing really, prefering to quickly gain 120 EURO against probably having us visit Camp Korita in the near future and obviously gaining more then this amount. You gained our hard earned 120 EURO but you lost a customer, and that my friend is bad business.

The river is the best part of the camping! It's just wonderful. even if is so cold! We've been just in the normal camping side so we can't say anything about the glamping side wich looked very nice. About the camp part it has been a nice place to stay, you can fall asleep with the sound of the river in the deep of triglav's valley. Perfect for the ones who are in love with the nature. Maybe to many insects in the toilets, by the way it's a camping on a mountain probably it'is the normality. The only things that we did not appreciate was the distance from other places. They are all more than 15 minutes by car, even to find a market!

First take a look at the pictures of the wooden hut on the website and then watch my picture of the real deal. €65 euro is a terrible rip-off for a wooden hut with nothing but 2 beds in the middle of a parking lot. The view was absolutely horrible, the noise of cars coming and going, a little sandstorm during breakfast, dinner with the smell of burnt rubber in the air... You get the picture and it was nothing like the lovely cabin in the woods, promised on the website. This was simply a disgrace. On the positive side, there are plenty of nice spots for tents, the farm on the campsite offers great, affordable food, the other guests where nice people and our host Peter was, besides his terrible parking management, a friendly and helpful guy who arranged a very nice canyoning trip nearby. The bathrooms where spotlessly clean and so was the whole campsite. Some beautiful views of the river and nice hike opportunities in the area make it still worth the visit, but not in a parking cabin.

Room Tip: Do not take the cabins but sleep in your car instead, since cars can be parked anywhere @ Camp...

Amazing campground, our favourite this trip. Very cheap, beautiful area. Lush green grass and new kitchen facilities. Due to favourable weather conditions we were able to light a camp fire. Would recommend. Looking forward to my next visit!
