i really enjoyed my stay there, wish i could have stayed a few more days, pool and view of the ocaen is beautiful, staff were very friendly, happy hour margheritas were good, i was the only one there for dinner, ordered the piaella, it was delicious, and enough for four people, my only complaint;s would be the road in is a nightmare, 11 kilometers of pure potholes, but this is the jungle afterall, and no televisions in the rooms! i ran into this in three different hotels in Panama, next time will bring a laptop! room was clean and a/c worked fine,

Amazing views, amazing service a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We stayed in the room Ceiba it is on the smaller side but also didn’t pay a premium so it seemed about right. The hotel staff were always on hand (even changed our bedsheets after the second night) and the location gives you walkable access to the wide variety of restaurants as well as the fantastic view!

Matrace and pillows were excellent. But for a Standard Double Room, there wasn’t enough space - the bed was the smaller version of a double bed and there was no room were to put the clothes and stuff. I am ok with it for some days, but still… Equipment of bath (free shower material) and different towels were a big plus. Very good: Air Con is new and not noisy :) Maybe I would recommend to install a hanging Regal/furniture to put clothes and other things on it and the room (ours, standard double) is mini. The hotel has beautiful Bohemian details, a Bar and a Restaurant, also a sun terrace/platform with chairs. The couch and reading corner inside is a nice idea. Pool towels great. Smoothies and cocktails (Happy Hour) a good choice. I would definitely sleep here again

Staff was friendly and attentive. They helped us arrange a snorkel trip to Coiba National Park, which was terrific. The hotel location is gorgeous and the little infinity pool was the perfect cool-down after the long drive. And the food was much better than expected for such a tiny place, with our dinner of fish or pulpo a standout. They really deserved the 5 stars. And note that Happy Hour went from 1-6 pm with amazing drinks at the bar.

THE DIRTIEST HOTEL WITH ZERO CLEANLINESS QUALITY, The service was very bad, the crew of the hotel, had no idea of quality service what's o ever, we pay for the biggest cabana in the hotel, and THE SEMELL OF MOLD in the room was exasperating and the air conditioning constantly leaked water. it was full of spider webs and bugs, the curtains were full of black mold, the electrical outlets on the wall were out OF THE WALL and the other half of the room did not have electricity, the deck had rotten wood and it sank when walking, the wall of the bathroom flooded when it rained and a puddle of water was made in the bathroom. At the entrance of the room it was very dirty and full of mud, you can slip. They do not help you with the bags to the room and call themselves a boutique hotel. We also paid for a tour to ISALA COIBA which never took us to the place where we had to leave. Terrible service from the staff and very ugly facilities, in the kitchen where they prepare food they have a cat going through the fruits that they feed us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SPEND A NICE MEMORY WITH THEIR PARTNER, we had to go the next day, we only spent one night and we had already paid for the weekend and the tour and THEY DID NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK! The sink in the bathroom was very dirty when we arrived. they never cleaned it.

We really sorry about your experience but we offer you 3 other rooms and you didn’t want anything, came to eat very late at night with a very bad attitude to our staff, and even left next day the place without paying your bill. This is ilegal in anyways you see this and talks a lot about you as a person, we told you to write an email to request a refund and didn’t want it neither. FYI: We supposed that you should know as a panamenians, we have 98% of humidity and we have been going thru several weeks of heavy rains.

Besides the fact everything is old, there are a lot of steps which vary in hight. There is no shuttle service to town, people party around Pool area after restaurant closes. Nobody tells them this is not ok. We get up very early to go scuba diving, so we had no breakfast at all. There was no other option posdible. One day, it was possible at 7.00 in stead of 7.30. Waited till 7.12. Nobody was there. I would not stay here in the future. This is not the boutique hotel i had in mind.

Hello Brenda, thank you for your stay with us. We are so sorry that we don't fill your expectatives. Unfortunately there is no transportation around Santa Catalina, anyways everything is around 1km, very short distances to walk. Our restaurant schedule starts at 7:30 a.m. we advertised this in our website and is printed at our place too, anyways we have a fridge in your room, if you need breakfast earlier you could prepare a granola or something yourself before. Schedule starts at 7:30 because the first bus to Santa Catalina is around 6:30/7 and our collaborators could have some issue getting there on time, we try to explain this but i guess is hard to understand when not living in the town. About the party people we are not responsable for other people behavior, we tell them the information at the check in but we can't chase the customers and telling them how to act, if you feel annoyed by this you could tell them too to stop or send a message to the number in every room for help.

The room we stayed in is called "Tacaná" and was clean and big, with 2 queen size beds. The bathroom is small, but equipped with specialty shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, also a hairdryer. The sitting area in front was great. The food in the restaurant is good but very, very expensive. The personnel is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is spectacular.

Lovely room, and amazing view. We stayed two nights. Drinks were very strong, and one meal (grilled salmon) was excellent however the second meal (hamburger) was overcooked. Beautiful pool but very cool. Hotel is an excellent location about a 2-3 minute drive to town centre.
