You will not be disappointed if you chose Villa Coco in Santa Catalina. The big property is very beautiful and a lot of maintenance is being made. All the bungalows are new, with modern and good infrastructure and a lot of privacy. People working there are very helpful and try to accommodate every wish you might have. Their knowledge of the localities are of big help if you are interested in exploring the surroundings. The food served in the restaurant Ai Mamita is of excellent quality with fresh and local ingredients. Try it out – pretty sure you will come back.

Our stay of 4 nights in Villa Coco was wonderful. The villa's are very nice and spacious and we absolutely loved the outdoor shower. Gives such a tropical feel to your vacation. The infinity pool is really stunning. Very well designed, loved the dark stones and the coloured lighting at night. You can even lounge there on a rainy day since the beds are under a wooden rooftop. We really liked the food in the restaurant too. Location of Villa Coco is excellent. Really tranquil but within 10 minutes walking you'll be in town if you want to eat somewhere else. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if the welcome and check out would have been a little better. Frankly we felt the check-in was not very welcoming. We just got handed out a form to fill out in total silence. Nothing was said. Just something simple like a friendly "Welcome to Villa Coco! How was your trip?" would have made a big difference. Also upon check out not much was said about "happy that your stayed with us" or "Did you enjoy your time with us?" I think these are basic service rules. It is nothing that ruins your vacation, but the first impression is very important and I think there is room for improvement with a more welcoming and sincerely interested attitude there.

Villa Coco was the best hotel highlight of my trip to Panama. We went in Santa Catalina for surf lessons and snorkeling. We usually don't spend too much time at the hotel but the experience at Villa Coco was exceptional. We had a family room which was spacious and nicely decorated. It was very clean. I didn't expect to like to outside shower that much. The pool is great and the service from everyone was fabulous. The owners are present all the time and they are always ready to help and make sure you have a wonderful stay. I was sad to leave after 3 nights. The restaurant is also really great but I will write a review specifically for it.

We stayed here for two days. We loved our own house, with nice terrace. Also the outside shower is very nice. You noticed that everything is a choicing with a lot of care. The owners are very friendly. The food is great. The houses are clean and you have you’re privacy. When you are visiting Danta Catalina, this is a perfect way to stay. And try the restaurant for diner!

We, a family with two kids, 12 and 9, stayed at Villa Coco for 5 nights in one of their villas. This is a true hidden gem in Santa Catalina. The place is laid out over a fairly large are with separate excellent cabins. The cabins are a perfect blend of architecture, taste and function. Every little thing is thougt of to the smallest detail. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the excellent coctails, batidos and batidas that was on the menu. This is the kind of place where the hipsters from the city come to spend a weekend, in the same time it is very relaxed and family friendly. We had a great time. The food is very high class, fine dining in shorts and sandals! We absolutely loved it and would come back anytime!
