We stayed with Matt and Bob the dog for one night as a stop over en-route to the South of France. We had a car loaded down with numerous bikes which Matt was happy to accommodate in his garage overnight. We stayed in the Oriental room which is huge and beautifully furnished, and our two boys (aged 12 and 9)...

Not much to say that hasn't already been said. Great host - Matthew is a humourous, knowledgeable and obliging host and his sidekick Bob looked after our doggy too! Terrific food - Matthew is also a talented chef, preparing varied and delicious 3 course meals to suit all tastes. It was great that he was happy to prepare half-portions for...

Not far from the A20 motorway, this welcoming B&B is well worth a visit. We stopped off when heading north on our return from the South of France. If you check it out on google maps before you go, finding it will be easy. The bedroom was very comfortable and adjacent shower room / toilet, which we had exclusive use...

Comfortable accommodation and fantastic food. This is the second time we have stayed with Matthew and the food was once again outstanding. He insisted in making sure that we had a different menu even though we would have happily had the same again! This is a place that is worth making a slight detour to especially if travelling south, lovely...

We stopped here overnight on our way south to the Aude. A really warm welcome from Matthew and Bob the dog. We had a clean and comfortable room with a well-equipped adjacent shower room. So glad we decided to have an evening meal as Matthew is a superb chef and everything was delicious. A useful stopover as the village is...

We had an over night stop on the way to the Dordogne here and found it to be everything we had hoped. The village is not too far from the main roads, it is a good size with a few restaurants and tabac, there was a lovely area round a large pond to let the dogs run free, and plenty...
