We had a great stay at this family friendly hotel. The staff in service and housekeeping are doing the best they can considering they work long hours... The pool and grounds were clean and well maintained. There was always meat offering at every meal, fresh vegetables, salads and seasonal fruit. We always found something very tasty to back for seconds. Our room A75 was top floor, it was very spacious, had a kitchenet, balcony with great views of black sea coast and sunny beach. It was very clean, the mattress was comfortable though on the hard side, and perhaps because it was the end of the hall, pretty quite. Overall great place for families. I would go back again.

I am now 29.07.2020 in room 205. The hotel looks good. But the staff refuses to speak anything except bulgarian. Also the food is poor and everything is with Curry. I cannot eat this food and there is no option of a more normal europeen food. They serve you everything you want but you have to be begging for another slice of cheese as they don’t want to serve it to you. I m here for 2 days and starving without anything normal to eat. Avoid this hotel as much as possible especially if you want a real all inclusive experience.

four of us stayed here sept 19 it has no right to be called a hotel a hovel yes but never a hotel check in was smooth we got rooms a48 & a50 the next good bit was check out our room was a48 it was a filthy tip with stains all over the furnishings there was only one curtain in the living room that only covered half the window so it was brilliant sunshine from 6 am so you could not get any sleep & the people in the next rooms could see straight in so we had no privacy there were large stains on the corner unit that is also the bed in living area the pillows were full of stains as well the restaurant meals were a disgrace as the food was only lukewarm the staff were some of the most ignorant people i have ever met our friends went for some coffee & were told to use plastic cups when they asked for proper cups they were given dirty ones & shouted at off the staff we only ate in there on the first day as my wife was ill afterwards so we did not go back the hotel is also in the middle of nowhere with no entertainment

If you are British/Irish i would give this place a wide berth. The staff are incredibly rude. A special needs adult in our group got locked in her bathroom when the lock jammed, the blame was firmly placed with her. From faeces in the pool to birds faeces all over the balcony, you just cant escape the poop! Half board guests cant get so much as a sip of water with the dinnertime slop.Be warned, they guard the drinks machines with ridiculous fury. Our balcony had 4 nests. It was non stop annoyance with noise and faeces. It was all over towels etc. We even had to flick it off the children out at the pool. Our apartment was OK but terrible old broken mattresses. Our housekeepers were the nicest staff. Other housekeepers were only nice and understood requests if money crossed their palms. Viktor at reception needs a few lessons in charm school. He has the charisma of concrete. This hotel could be so much more, but its dismal and we couldn't wait to leave. Our daughter sliced her leg open on a rusty spring poking out of the mattress.I complained several times before she got hurt but the staff feign ignorance and shrug shoulders. Dont expect good hospitality or good food. Because you aren't getting either. We were the only English people in the hotel, and it really showed. We were treated like 2nd class citizens. I would be angry if i paid all inclusive to stay here. The food is cold, recycled and disgusting. All i could stomach was the frozen chips. Great holiday was had by all,but a shame this place was such a let down. Entertainment is non existent. There is a pitiful kids club of an evening. It consists of some young rep running the kids round in circles to music. Dancing to songs and one song and its dance moves, was so inappropriate my eyes nearly fell out of my head. These were children, playing out risqué dance moves. Inspect the pool before you get in. Our first night there was human poop, bobbing around the pool. And for at least 5 more days there was more stuck to the side plastic grills of the pool. This place is badly run.

Family of 10 Stayed here 1st 2 weeks in August, On arrival rooms we're al mixed up we had paid extra for 1 bedroom apartments, but tried to get us to take family room, wasn't having none of it, as we paid to upgrade, once we finally got a apartment it stank of smoke and wasn't clean had to get it changed, got moved was slightly better but bathroom wasn't clean at all, had to ask the cleaners to come in before we even settled in. Over the 2 weeks towels and beds hardly changed, even left dirty towel on bathroom floor to be change and all they did was hang them back up, soaking and dirty. Reported this and was advised we would get clean ones, but never came. The Staff at the restaurant and Bar we're unhelpful and rude, only drinks they had at the pool bar was beer and spirits no wine. Food was horrible and cold. Pool area was nice but the sunbed we're so uncomfortable and cheap, loads of broken ones. Sveti Vlas is really quiet, wasn't much bars, more just restaurants. We normally stay in Sunnybeach but fancied a change, but defo wouldn't go back to Sveti Vlas. Lots more to do in Sunnybeach, But beach is really nice, right beside the marina. That's worth a visit.

The staff ( I guess part of it) called us "smart*** je*s"! I am surprised that in 2017 there is such an antisem****m in Bulgaria. You wouldn't even believe the reason. When we wanted to take a cookie outside the cafeteria we were told that we need to pay for an extra breakfast, this is why one of us decided to skip the next's day breakfast. The lady in the reception didn't like it- even though it means that we paid for it! She expected the payment for this breakfast no matter what and was surprised that we basically paid it before. We believe that no one deserves this attitude. Hopefully this will be treated as needed. Very disappointed that this is the way visitors are 'welcomed back '. We left with a very bad feeling and would not come back there!

Booked with Balkan Holidays, flight and transfer very smooth. Check in quick and rooms clean and tidy. Pool nice and reception staff friendly. The Balkan rep was amazing! My daughter left her purse on plane with all her cash in (£350) - he located purse at airport lost and found and personally brought it to hotel- all cash and cards intact!Amazing! Such great service - especially as our mistake! Few minor issues as sunbeds are all a bit past their best and break a lot - cleaners come in with the do not disturb sign in their hand rather than read it - quite funny but also a bit embarrassing if you are in bed! Overall great budget break! Reception staff are very helpful.

This hotel is situated in quiet place, 700metre from centre of town and just 8minutes from beach. Botel for families with children (for them were always prepared some atractions) Rooms Rooms (or in our case apartment) are very big. Comfortable beds and sofa just sofa was dirty so we had to asked cleaners for sheet on it. Kitchen was without any equipment but we had all inclusive so it was not problem for us. In apartment are also table with chairs, TV with a lot of channels just in our apartment was missing hair dryer and in the second apartment microwave oven. Wifi connection in apartment was horrible. During our stay (11days) were changed bedclothes and towels just once, even putting towels on floor did not help and they were not changed.By the way I have to add that cleaners were friendly, nice but I did not like when they came clean room during afternoon siesta (between 2-4pm) when we always were in room and after cleaning it ( just the floor), room horrible smelled so I do not know what detergent they used. Advantage from apartmant is very big rooms with balcony from where is nice view. FOOD and Drinks Always was served the same food- what we had for breakfast was on snack and lunch and dinner were the same, too so after two days it was a problem for me to choose what to eat.Food was not always filled up-so after half hour were not soup and cakes so if you want them you have to come exactly on time when they start to served dinner or lunch. Usually on lunch or dinner was a problem to find free table and the worsth was that we had to stood with plates near dirty table until waiter finish table for reservation and after it they prepared table for us. The choice of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink was great. Swimming pool It was clean just sunbeds were always reserved by people who spent time on beach so half of day no one was there.

The hotel is quite nice and the food is excellent, especially for bulgarian all inlusive. The rooms and areas are clean and the stuff is very nice and friendly. The Saint Vlas`s center is in walking distance, but the beach is not so close. We enjoyed our one week stay there and may be will go back again.
