We had a great stay at this family friendly hotel.
The staff in service and housekeeping are doing the best they can considering they work long hours...

The pool and grounds were clean and well maintained.
There was always meat offering at every meal, fresh vegetables, salads and seasonal fruit. We always found something very tasty to back for seconds.

Our room A75 was top floor, it was very spacious, had a kitchenet, balcony with great views of black sea coast and sunny beach. It was very clean, the mattress was comfortable though on the hard side, and perhaps because it was the end of the hall, pretty quite.

Overall great place for families. I would go back again.

It is a nice hotel with great pool and close to the sea. The food was excellent, the staff were polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and have everything that you need. AC works fine. Wifi was the problem in the rooms due to the weak signal, it was ok in the lobby.

Nice, modern and well build (for bulgaria) hotel. The hotel is very clean all over the area, also the rooms.

The staff is mostly friendly, but not even able to talk some more words in english or even to understand. Thats a bit worst.

The food is typical...nearly every day the same stuff, but different ways of cooking. Local bav's are good, but not to drink every day...beer is a bit like water.

Pool was clean. The Fitness-Room was not well treatet. The machines are old and i think a bit dangerous, but you could use them.

The surounding was quiet and clean. (September!) The way to the beach about max 5 min to walk. There you have really nice sand-beaches. Clean and well used.

The way to sunnybeach itself is about an walk of 30min ore you take the bus....

I am now 29.07.2020 in room 205. The hotel looks good. But the staff refuses to speak anything except bulgarian. Also the food is poor and everything is with Curry. I cannot eat this food and there is no option of a more normal europeen food. They serve you everything you want but you have to be begging for another slice of cheese as they don’t want to serve it to you. I m here for 2 days and starving without anything normal to eat. Avoid this hotel as much as possible especially if you want a real all inclusive experience.

The hotel was very nice. All rooms had great view to the pool and sea and there were also rooms with mountain view.
The atmosphere of the hotel was very peaceful and is great for families. We were on all inclusive and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and the service was good. There were two parkings one of them was overground and the was underground. There was a very beautiful green mow and lots of different kinds of trees like palms and lots of other kinds. The pool was very clean and huge. The wifi signal was spreaded in the rooms and also at the lobby, restaurant, pool and the pool bar. There was also every evening different kinds of show programmes like Bulgarian night, live music night, Latino dances night, fashion show and animation for the kids, pool aerobics, table tennis, swings and slides for the kids.
I think we will visit this hotel next summer again! I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone who is searching for relax and rest!

The staff ( I guess part of it) called us "smart*** je*s"! I am surprised that in 2017 there is such an antisem****m in Bulgaria. You wouldn't even believe the reason. When we wanted to take a cookie outside the cafeteria we were told that we need to pay for an extra breakfast, this is why one of us decided to skip the next's day breakfast. The lady in the reception didn't like it- even though it means that we paid for it! She expected the payment for this breakfast no matter what and was surprised that we basically paid it before. We believe that no one deserves this attitude. Hopefully this will be treated as needed. Very disappointed that this is the way visitors are 'welcomed back '. We left with a very bad feeling and would not come back there!

The food was atrocious and the staff were even worse. We booked half board, tried the food once and then ate out the rest of the week. It was all cold and badly prepared. If you like hot dog sausages the breakfast may be slightly better. We were told we could not buy drinks as the bar was only for all inclusive customers so used the nearby supermarket for beverages. I was happy with this as the drinks we saw were basically coloured water. These were served by a girl who looked like she hated her job and all the guests. Not one member of staff spoke to us all the time we were there. Shocking hospitality. I cannot believe this hotel is in a brochure, I bet it is not next year. One positive- the pool! It is large and has plenty of sun beds to go around. We were so grateful to the local restaraunts and bars who helped to make our stay worthwhile and took our minds of the extra money we had to find to eat out. A Russian run hotel for Russians! No problem with that at all unless you are lead to believe otherwise when booking.

The hotel was very Cleen got there at 2 in the morning only to b told we couldn't check in till 2 the next day !! However after much descussing they got us a room , we had to pack up all our stuff after 3 days as all the electric went !! New room ok very Cleen but bathroom flooded every time u had a shower the boiler in bathroom leaked so the floor was soaked thru all the time !! The bar shut on a night at 9 most nights so had to keep going upstairs to restaurant bar , the food never changed on a daily basis it was pork every day and food cold not even kept warm it was a Shame as hotel staff was very friendly but if I was the chef i would feel embarrassed to hav only the same food to serve everyday !! Wot was more of an insult on the last day there was reps in there trying the food and as we had to eat the same cold excuse of mush the reps tucked into what could only b described as top restaurant food wich they must hav ordered in unles we was blind and didn't c at meal times !! Also no covers on the loungers so very uncomfy !! I would not stay at this hotel again if it was free !! No entertainment at all no music nothing on a night just awfull really .

Hotel is mainly active during summer season. It has strong russian society residing here. Service is OK, food is acceptable. Car parking is a bit too small. Internet connection only available in the lobby. In the evenings when everybody is back from the beach, water is not with enough pressure in order to get a normal shower.
Upper floors are with nice sea view. Prices (if not using all inclusive service) are a bit too high.

Family of 10 Stayed here 1st 2 weeks in August, On arrival rooms we're al mixed up we had paid extra for 1 bedroom apartments, but tried to get us to take family room, wasn't having none of it, as we paid to upgrade, once we finally got a apartment it stank of smoke and wasn't clean had to get it changed, got moved was slightly better but bathroom wasn't clean at all, had to ask the cleaners to come in before we even settled in. Over the 2 weeks towels and beds hardly changed, even left dirty towel on bathroom floor to be change and all they did was hang them back up, soaking and dirty. Reported this and was advised we would get clean ones, but never came.
The Staff at the restaurant and Bar we're unhelpful and rude, only drinks they had at the pool bar was beer and spirits no wine. Food was horrible and cold.
Pool area was nice but the sunbed we're so uncomfortable and cheap, loads of broken ones.
Sveti Vlas is really quiet, wasn't much bars, more just restaurants. We normally stay in Sunnybeach but fancied a change, but defo wouldn't go back to Sveti Vlas. Lots more to do in Sunnybeach, But beach is really nice, right beside the marina. That's worth a visit.
