Our trip started when we arrived from Cluj-Napoca (Romania) to Bourgas Airport. The hotel booked for us the transfer from the airport to the hotel, so we didn't bother with that anymore. The taxi driver waited for us as soon as we left the Arrivals terminal. The transfer was around 40 minutes. When we arrived at the hotel a very nice receptionist greeted us and helped us to check in earlier and have breakfast. We received a very nice room on the 4-th floor and we were expected with champagne and rose petals. The room and bathroom were very clean. The accommodation team cleaned the room every day. The food was great and tasty. In the pool bar, you can always find ice cream and drinks. The beach is very close. We would like to mention that all the hotel staff was amazing, starting with the receptionists and continuing with the bartenders from the lobby and pool bar, waiters and waitresses from the restaurants, accommodation team, the lady responsible for the cleaning of the public areas, the animation team; everyone was respectful and happy to help you. We want to thanks also on the people from "backstage": the chef, the management team, etc. Thank you also for the surprise that expected us in the room for my husband's birthday! We will definitely visit again!

We spent 7 great nights in this hotel from 2nd-9th of June. One adult and two kids. Great position on the sea, perfect indoor with clean swimming pool. Inside hotel clean, staff and the service prefect. Great kitchen with big menu choose. My daughter is picky about eating but one of the cook find the way her to have some meal and it was great. Kids also had animation everyday. Animation girls was great. very nice place to stay and enjoy!

Tge best hotel in Bulgaria is Primasol Sineva Beach! The food and drinks are always tasty and fresh. I also love the animason team they are so energetic and enthusiastic about all of their games and always look for a way for the guests to have fun. I saw a mean coment about the kids dico I'm from Bulgaria too, but they are as musch as kids from other countries here and they are all fine with the music. The animason team is amazing and I hope more people try to know them before judge

The hotel has a good location by the beach. It is a little isolated from other things so the shuttle service was useful. The reception staff however had no idea of shuttle pricing, and several other basic things we quizzed them on they had no idea. Poor! Food in the hotel was ok, predictable, but ok. We ate out a few nights as the food became dull after a while. The animasion activities team were amateurish. I’ve read some reviews praising them but honestly they were suited to a kids club and nothing more. The hotel was generally clean and the room was fine except the air con pumped out warm air instead of cold! Value for money the hotel is fine but I doubt so would go back.

We had an excellent stay at Sineva Park Hotel😇 Krassy,the Food and Beverage Manager, Christina at the reception and the Chef with the morning crêpes😊 were so helpful and always with a smile on their face. Everyone in the hotel very welcoming and nice, a Huge Thank You for a wonderful holiday. Looking forward to seeing you next year.

Everything was perfect except the fight for the sunbeds, but that's normal I presume. The food was perfect, maybe a little bit more variety would be great.
The only minus which I can point would be the life guard who was supposed to look after the pool was basically not doing anything, kids jumping in the adult pool etc, also not paying attention as we were explained that it was his job to look after the sunbeds, so there are no people which take the places and not use them.

Bis jetzt noch nicht. Ich weiß allerdings nicht, welche Veränderungen über den Winter wieder vorgenommen werden. An der Rezeption kann man sich bei Bedarf einen mieten. Es wird aber sehr ehrlich mit den persönlichen Sachen der Gäste umgegangen.
