I really enjoyed staying at Panorama with my mom, little daughter, and our friends. It was cosy and pleasant, the owners and the staff were so very welcoming and ready to help with any request that we'd love to come back some day. Amazing view from the room, tasty food, clean territory. Really, we loved it. Many thanks and greetings from Ukraine from Yulia, Tatiana and little Arina ❤️
I had a truly wonderful stay at The Panorama last September. The food was good, the hospitality was brilliant and the service great. Close to the beach and nearby harbour, not far for a lovely town with plenty of eateries and bars, shops etc.
Stayed first two weeks of September got a pleasant surprise, very clean hotel. Owners really nice staff pleasant, room cleaned daily. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was a bonus. Large room with a sea view. The food is typically Bulgarian always fresh. Hotel in a good position, near the beach and short walk up the hill to bustop. Holiday made by other residents, just laughed till we cried most days. Would highly recommend this holiday.
Just got back last night from a one week stay at the Panorama. Booked with Jet2 for a double room with sea view, what we actually got was a room with two single beds on opposite sides of the room and the sea view was as previously mentioned more a sliver of sea than a panoramic view. However the room itself was spotlessly clean with a fridge and good air con. Only a couple of things to mention, our bathroom was a wet room (literally) there was no curtain/screen. Also the shower had no riser rail so the shower head sat at a constant 6 feet (ladies be aware you may want to pack a shower cap if you don't like to wet your hair every time). Our room was only visited by housekeeping on two occasions and we only got a towel and bed change the day before we came home. But these were minor things that didn't detract from our enjoyment of the holiday. The manager Tony and the team are very good, friendly but professional, the food was good with some nicely presented salads and hot dishes. We didn't feel the need to eat out during our stay. At the time of our stay the resort as a whole was shutting down for the season, I can imagine that June-Aug is a very different story as there is so much accommodation available in St Vlas and Elenite and it probably becomes very busy. As mentioned in earlier reviews the hotel is very friendly, guests actually seem to speak to one another. Much nicer than when you stay in some of the faceless 500 room hotels that grace Sunny Beach. Would we return? Yes most definitely but maybe 2-3 weeks earlier.…
Decided to try Bulgaria and picked this hotel via Jet 2. Had heard mixed stories about Bulgaria (being unfriendly) so wasn't sure whether we would like it or not but as the week was so reasonable we thought...why not? Just go. We got off to a good start because the customs man smiled at me! Transfer good. We were met with smiles at hotel and offer of help with cases and information about meal times. Taken to our room - ok Jet 2 'slightly' over economical with description as we had booked a twin room with 'sea view' - twin o.k. but sea view? Well if you stood on chair on balcony with binoculars ha ha but we did laugh about that as actually the sea is a lot closer out the front door. Room was more than adequate in size and comfort. Constant hot water for showers. It had all the necessaries (no extra charge for air con, t.v. fridge, hairdryer) Only charge was for safe which was reasonable. Our room cleaner was fabulous and the room was cleaned daily. She even gave me a hug when I was leaving. Food - o.k. Actually for the price a lot better than I expected. No health issues, no dodgy tums. If you are vegetarian so much the better as lots of salad type things with maybe one meat dish per evening. But even my meat addict husband found the food o.k. Breakfasts were simple but nice (got addicted to the porridge) and sitting out on the veranda on a gorgeous warm morning was bliss. All areas kept spotless and we were looked after by Sophia, who on first meeting seemed to be efficient but distant. Once she got to know you she was lovely and made a point of coming to say bye to us so thank you Sophia. Lunchtime food was good and not expensive and drinks were not expensive either. I think it was 3 lev for a pint bottle of lager. If you are staying sunbathing it is pointless going out to eat at lunch. If you are exploring then there are lots of other options too (all good value) So to summarise we had a lovely time at the hotel Panorama (other guests were lovely too) Would I recommend? Definitely, if you like a nice relaxing peaceful time on holiday and are looking for a hotel that provides what you need at a very affordable price. I would not recommend to young people looking for a lively pool area or people looking for entertainment within the hotel. Although there is a small children's playground, which looked very nice, I don't feel there is enough room for children to run around letting off steam but that is just my personal opinion. To summarise, loved this hotel, loved its location close to beaches and marina and loved its friendliness. We went out and about - on water taxi, on buses and on a guided tour of the South where we had a boat trip and visited Sozopol, Pomerie and other resorts. The buses were very cheap but totally packed (out of main season even). Taxis aren't too expensive to and from Sunny Beach - just negotiate fare before jumping in.…
