Me and my family stayed at Sineva for a 10 day stay.

The positives
The bar staff are a credit to the hotel, very friendly and approachable, the restaurant staff work very hard and are also a credit to the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is good, our room was tidied daily but not really cleaned to a high standard.

The negatives
The pools are cold water and left dirty with sand, hair, objects settled at the bottom. I never saw any member of staff clean the pool or sweep water from the slippery floor during my time here. The life guard does nothing but sit on his chair in a shaded area out of sight of both pools all day. Absolutely useless!

The food is edible but nothing has been enjoyable. The combinations they serve do not really go together. I'm vegetarian and have very limited options.

The restaurant is not a relaxing environment but feels more like a self serve cafe. It is clean and the staff work very hard to ensure meal times all run smoothly.

The hotel in general needs some care and attention as it's looking a little neglected.

The only place to relax at night within the hotel is the pool bar. There is no entertainment during the day or the evening. There are a few restaurants a short walk away from the hotel but nowhere we found excited to try. Other than that there are a lot of supermarkets, waffle shops and ice cream parlours, but no small bars to just sit, relax and enjoy a drink in the evening. We walked a steep hilly walk to the main strip but it's full of tacky souvenir shops and restaurants and not much else.

Taxi is 30 lev to Sunny Beach, the biggest waste of money and time, Action Aqua park was okay, taxi 20 lev each way, and Nessebar taxi 30 lev each way.

This resort was not value for money and we will not be returning to Bulgaria in the future.

Quiet and safe place, close to the beach. Friendly staff and average food, acceptable for the money.
Very clean, including the pool and other common area. Large apartment ( we stayed at a family studio, oceanfront).

I can not give this hotel enough credit. I have just come back from a weeks holiday in Bulgaria and stayed in this hotel. Although the hotel has a high number of German guests, I felt that the staff went out of their way to make us Scots very welcome. Most of the staff spoke German, but could also speak a little English. If they could not, they would find someone that could.
The room, although basic, was of high standard of cleanliness. The pool was amazing, entertainment was great the food was great. (Although did not really cater for my vegetarian boyfriend, but he coped). The hotel is in a very quiet area of Bulgaria, but the main town full of bars and clubs is a small taxi trip away. The hotel provide a return bus for around £2. If you want to stay late in Sunny Beach a taxi back is around £8. The next town Nessebar is a must as well.
If its a holiday full of relaxation you want then please go here. The staff at Sineva Park, really made my holiday. I could not recommend enough. Perfect for a couples relaxing holiday.

What to say about this hotel. When I booked this for my family I only had pre covid reviews to go on, which looked great on the whole but as we all know the world has changed so I knew I couldn't rely on them. If I'm to list the positives it would be that the hotel is clean, housekeeping everyday and the staff are polite and are doing their best. There's a fridge in the room. It's also very quiet in its location and really close to the beach which offers parasailing, banana rides etc. There are a couple of pleasant bars located on the sand which are enjoyable and very reasonably priced. The staff will assist with getting you a reliable taxi, can recommend Christoph - great taxi man. It's about 25lev from this hotel to the main Sunny Beach where you will find lots of bars and restaurants, 35 lev's to the aquapark at nesebar (brilliant btw), 40 lev's to nesebar old town (worth a visit). The negatives are that we paid for all inclusive as I was travelling with teenagers who are envitably hungry or thirsty every 7 minutes and I just didn't want the hassle of dealing with this! DO NOT DO THIS the food at this hotel is inedible!!!!!! Plain pasta for breakfast?, watery scrambled egg, hotdog sausages and salamis and cheese. Lunch and dinner was soup (meatball soup?) Looking like something from the Indiana's Temple of Doom. If you like shnitzel then you are in for a treat as it's readilly available with every meal along with cucumber and tomato! Including breakfast. That's all folks. I don't want to sound like I'm moaning without cause but even the staff are bewildered by the selection. The meat is either mince meat or mince meat meatballs and on the whole really not an enjoyable experience. The beer on tap is ok but a very cheap one 3% and there are only ever small plastic disposable glasses to drink from. There does not appear to be any management in the hotel which would explain why the rest of the staff use the main reception as a lounge area to gather and watch TV in the evening. The latest you'll get an alcoholic drink is 11pm as the neighbours will arrive shouting that everyone be quiet. My suggestion is to eat out and buy your drinks and bring them in as it's fairly cheap and enjoy yourself.

I was in the hotel in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. First of all, I'd like to say this is common on the Bulgarian coast but the workers are not paid well at all. They are treated like disposable napkins all for the profit of the owners. The kitchen standards seemed to be FAR below what you would expect for the price paid. The cleanliness of the room was good. It seems like the people they would hire are sometimes criminals because I saw them get aggressive.

Just got back from this hotel. At first our impressions where really good: hotel is clean, pool is great, food is delicious, sea is nearby (though the hotel is not on a coast, you will not sea the sea view lying near the pool). After few days it started... Kenan, who is responsible for slow cooking, pancakes etc., started acting really unpleasant. He talks only in russian and began critising me and my family that we don't talk in russian (and we are not from Russia)! He was very impolite. Once my mother asked baked pepper. He gave her one and said laughing that it's enough for her (the food is all inclusive, we can eat as much peppers as we like...). Other day he started talking to other people in russian about me (and I don't understand this language, later my mother translated to me). Would you feel comfortible when somebody is talking about you knowing that you will not understand anything?? More over, when we went to the hotel manager to stop this behaviour, she didin't want to hear us. She said "go to reciptionist, I am busy". We don't think it's a good attitude to guests. And we do not recoomend this hotel to anybody.

Me and my partner (23&24 yr old) stayed at Sineva Park for a week. All inclusive managed to get a late deal at £375pp and was an absolute bargain!
Beautiful hotel with amazing pool, which is thoroughly cleaned for about an hour every morning. The rooms are really big with lovely clean bedding and a really nice bathroom. Maid service is daily and are again very thorough, vacuuming and changing towel's and bedding every day.
Staff in the hotel were very helpful and freindly, not great english spoken by all but we never had a problem communicating. The bar staff were great, in particular Borislav, who spoke excellent english and made our holiday with his constant good mood and dancing away behind the bar. the restraunt staff are very helpful, meals are in a buffet style and they take empty plates from your table as soon as you have finished your last bite. Kenan the 'show chef' cooks fresh pancakes, fried eggs and bacon in the morning, different meats and chips at lunch and dinner. They have special meal nights Chinese food, international menu and traditional bulgarian, all very nice and its good to have some variety so your not eating the same all week. My partner is the pickiest eater I've ever seen and she was filled every night.
There is constantly something to eat all day at this hotel. Breakfast from 7.30-10.00, snack bar 11.00 - 17.00 lunch from 12.30-3.30. And dinner from 18.30-21.00. Also soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and ice cream from 10.00-23.00! You are also allowed to use the restraunt and bars in the sister hotel Sineva beach just across the road.
The beautiful blue flag beach is a 30 second walk from the hotel <50 metres. Short 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Vlas which has several nice restraunts and a couple of bars. Bus stops a couple of minutes away woth regilar buses ro Sunny Beach and the lovely Island Nessebar. Buses set you back 1.20 lv (50p).
If you want to eat and drink out its rediculously cheap! Most we spent on a meal was 40lv (£18)and for this we got 2 starters, mains and ice cream and 2 cokes. Alcohol wise bulgarian spirit measures are double uk sizes a single is 50ml and a double 100ml. Two double vodkas and coke cost us 6.80lv (£3).
You could easily spend the full week in the hotel itself too however. They have entertainment from 11.00-23.00 every day. Pool games, beach games, they have a mini golf course and table tennis, full size tennis court, gym and volleyball net.
I would recommend visiting Nessebar, very beautiful island. And there are also two great waterparks, we went to the one in sunny beach and theres so much to do for the 38lv entry fee.

We have been back a day and are already looking for prices for next year! I would recommend this hotel to anyone we seen young couples, old couples, small families, large families and a couple of groups of friends, we seen no complaints from anyone. Best hotel I've stayed in!

I chose this hotel based on favourable trip advisor recommendations ... but it was a bad experience.
Cons:
- meal tables insufficient on breakfast, lunch, dinner
- fresh food / grill / pancakes can be obtained only after standing on a great queue ... seems to be a cost control measure
- lack of sun chairs/ sun shades, existent one are claimed since the early morning
- although thie hotel is ranked 3 *** seems to be more of 2 **

pros:
- kid shows/annimations

Clearly the price-quality service that offers this hotel is not reasonable, you can get much better offers.
In the future I will not take into account on such high extent the reviews from this site

Well were do i start

Hotel 8 out of 10
The hotel was very clean but a little bit run down, lots of trouble with leaking roofs due to heavy rain.

Hotel staff 6 out of 10
Hotel staff tried very hard but a bit of language barrier seem we were the only 4 British at the hotel.

Restaurant staff 4 out of 10
Restaurant staff not interested at all cos we were not from Germany..
Most meals not for british unless you liked chicken or Pork nearly every night.
And no sign of bacon and baked beans only once,

Bar staff 8 out of 10
animation team 6 out of 10
Only 4 people actually tried to make our welcome good.
Boris and his younger brother on the bars and paco and Peter from the animation staff
If not 4 these four people our holiday would have been a nightmare.
Not a lot to do on the night but this was because of rain.
No lifts to help transporting bags to rooms.

Lovely hotel but wrong location.
