Despite the great location, lovely apartment and terrace facing the sea, the food was awful. The hygiene in the restaurant was very poor, wet, slightly rinsed glasses and dirty cutlery with residues of food on them. We were 10 people and 6 of us got a stomach virus.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The hotel has a perfect location on the first line. Our apartment had a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and wide, the food was delicious and plentiful, admiration for the pancakes master! The staff is polite, the animation is on high level. The hotel is the perfect place for a complete vacation for people of all ages! Enjoy it!

The hotel is located right next to the sandy beach, the elevator goes down directly to the beach, it is very nice. The rooms are sunny and spacious with a beautiful sea view! Everywhere in the hotel is extremely clean, the rooms were cleaned regularly and the sheets were changed regularly . The food was very tasty and very varied, for one week I think I did not managed to try everything. The staff is very smiling and helped us with everything we needed. The pool is great, very clean and the water is warm. Given the COVID 19 situation, there are disinfectants everywhere in the hotel, the staff wears protective equipment. All anti-epidemic measures were also observed! High level hotel! I strongly recommend!

Great location right on the beach, very clean and spacious rooms! Delicious food and nice service. Don't miss the pork with souse and the salad bar!For us this is the best place for families with kids.We will definitely visit again!

this was our first trip to Bulgaria. We have been going to all inclusive holidays for 25 years, so have lots to compare this with. *-Staff - reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Stephan the porter was lovely. Bar staff - were friendly, however, not enough staff to accommodate guests. Waiting staff - were pretty miserable and were lucky to get a smile out of them. Maids - were nice, however they forgot to replenish toilet rolls every day. *-cleanliness - the hotel rounds are spotlessly clean. *- food - this was the worst part of the holiday for me. not much choice and food was never hot and everything was luke warm. not much choice and very odd combinations - pasta for breakfast and pasta cakes. *facilities - two small pools, lots of comfy sunbeds, small shop in the hotel selling necessities. * - animation/entertainment staff. I have never met such a miserable bunch of people. entertainment was shocking and embarrassing to watch. * apartment -spacious and beautiful sea views so could not fault this. *alcohol - not very impressive at all, they ran out of gin on the third day. *- area - a pretty beach front location however, the sea was dirty and bottles and other rubbish floating around. Overall I was not impressed with the entire experience and will not be visiting Bulgaria again. It is not often I would complain about a holiday, but comparing this hotel against other four stars I have stayed in, there is a huge difference in quality.…

We found a very beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view, in the north side of Sunny Beach. A friendly staff (people from Reception, bartenders, animators) who offers always answers/suggestions to your needs, everything around was clean, good food (seafood and fish, meat and also vegetables, lots of sweeties and fruits), no complaints ... We recommend also the beach for families with small children. In a few words, a perfect holiday!

Our stay of one week was nothing short of amazing. Starting with nice clean hotel with very profesional, kind, always helpful staff. All facilities top marks including great equiped gym. We have felt very welcome and hugely satisfied through our first stay in this hotel. All Inclusive services did not disappoint with great selection of snacks through out the day as well great food from the kitchen. We have had great weather and lots of fun with amazing animators team which will be greatly missed, especially kids discos our kids absolutely loved including us. We have been looking forward every day to what programs they have prepared. We have enjoyed all events from Pirate show to beautiful Bulgarian folklor dance which will be mine long lasting memory of it. The Animators were very helpful, proactive and great, great fun be to around and for that they deserve huge Thank You as they made holiday greatly pleasant for kids and adults. Would definitely come back!…

We are 5, with 3 small kids from 11 to 8years. We decided to visit Bulgaria last week in June. I must say it has been a very deep impression once i came to there. Very nice place, pleasant peolple everywhere and beutiful sightseeing around. Wheater was fine, 25 degree and sea was also hot. We were lucky because of very beginning of season, there were just few people and we had fun indeed. Hotel and personel were willing to assist you if anything, food and drinks all time we spent there were fresh and varied. Children were also happy because everytime they find something to be fitted to them :) (what is from time to time quite difficult) Service, perfect. Everything clean and tidy.Everyday. We felt very comfortable there. Also beach was very very close and graceful. There are also many things to do and go around, unfortunatelly we have been there just 1 week but we brough many many nice memories. I recommend it to you.…

Location beautiful, streight to the beach. Food not the best, but ok...eatable..:) Good place for families. 10 min. by car from the center of sunny beach and 30 min. drive from Nessebar's old city(very nice to visit).

I was with my family at the hotel for three weeks we spent our vacation for second year in this hotel. We like it even more than last time. The food is very tasty and varied. Every day clean towels and clean room everywhere shines. The service is a very high level. The hotel is 3 km from the center and it's very quiet. There is not a large pool but enough for the visitors. There are three bars all-inclusive and one which is payed. Surely next year we are back there. I want to congratulate the hotel manager Mrs. Pavlova she is everywhere and succeeds so well to organize everything in the hotel. My wife had a birthday during our vacation and she surprised us with champagne and fruit in the room.
