It's easy to get to the hotel. Check-in quite fast, with small shortcomings at the reception, that is, he starts at 3-4 families instead of taking them one by one, taking them more time. We had the apartment with 2 rooms, which was large, spacious only that it was full of sand all over, the vacuum cleaner had not come in at all. The food is quite diverse just that some employees are tired and do not feel like to move, they do everything again, some kinds of food do not reach all tourists being small quantities. The drink is only at the doser everywhere. Between lunch and dinner who wants to eat something must go to the spa floor. Insufficient surei at the swimming pool and at the beach you pay for the 5 leva/piece umbrella the same 5 leva. The water entry is smooth and the beach is clean. No one has a mask

5* hotel with Staff that does not speak English 🤷‍♂️ they requested 10€ deposit while check in but Have no money to give back a change. they should Put more attention on cleanliness, for example pool and beach area looked unaccptable in the morning, but they did bit hurry to clean. People started to use pool at 9,staff started cleaning at 10...In covid Times they did not Put any attention on cleaning sun beds, tables at the pool and even in restaurants... Check out untill 12 but out room was locked around 11...

The complex scores a maximum of only 2 chapters: view and cleanliness (less at the pool). The rest is very far from a 5 * hotel. The food is slightly diversified, tasteless, often uneaten (raw meat and potatoes). The staff is extremely rude, you rarely find an employee who speaks a language other than Bulgarian. Attention to non-alcoholic cocktails (for children), I was surprised to get peach liqueur (alcohol concentration> 15 ') for a 7-year-old child with the motivation that it does not contain vodka. At bars and restaurants the priority is the staff, not the tourists.

I am going to start with the only two good things that are unmissable: One of the best views in St. Vlas and the rooms which are clean and pretty large. Unfortunately, the people who work there are absolutely terrible! It seems like they pay you! Every time when I have to ask for a drink they look at me as a brutal monster so unfriendly and NEVER with a smile! The food is regular and FOR SURE not for a 5 stars resort. Will NEVER go back there and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Cheers!

The only good thing about this hotel is location and the easy access to the beach. However beach in front of the hotel is dirty and with stones. Pool is dirty. Pool bar and area around is full of whasps. Pool towels are very worn out. Hotel is newly refurbished and very clean. However for a 4 night stay we only had towels changed and room mopped. They dont even clean your bathroom. Staff dont really know what they are there for. They seem polite but not knowledgable of their duties.. Food is well below average and unacceptable for a 5* hotel. Advertised as having beach bar and animators. It doesnt. No provision for coffee and tea in the rooms which is not acceptable for a 5* hotel, hence you cant have either before breakfast opens. No information whatsoever in the rooms, they ask you to take pictures at reception for your reference about information for the hotel. It has been awarded best hotel for 2019, i suppose this is just the usual Bulgarian corruption games. This hotel is faraway from being the best 5 * hotel.

The hotel is fantastic and has some lovely areas and I cannot fault the room we were given, spacious and clean and the very pleasant cleaners did a thorough job each day. The food was plentiful and there is a massive range at each meal that would satisfy the pickiest of eaters. The one downside is that the food was constantly cold - this was when it was busy or quiet and at the start of the meal times and the end (we tried everything). The food contained in the silver server trays was just cold almost as soon as it was brought out and the trays were not heated. Apart from a few key people, the cleaner as mentioned, the two people at the pool bar (a lovely lady and young man) and a young man that cooked the food such as pancakes fresh who were all lovely - the rest of the staff were utterly miserable and simply looked like they did not want to be there. The pool is down near the beach, lift or stairs down, and is clean and was very good. It is then a few meters down to the beach and there are some lovely walks along the beach for as long as you could want. The area generally has nothing around but you can get a bus or taxi along to Sunny Beach if you so wish. There were some very eery towns and a waterpark that were all abandoned so that was odd. We went near the end of the season but that did not account for how quiet the area was and how miserable the staff were - such potential but overall disappointing.

Well place was good. Hotel looked very well, but there was a lot of BUT.... disappointments. Some of the personal do not speak english/russian and it make hard for communication especially at the lobby bar. Even if at first glance room looked clean and very good, it was disappointment to find out about very dirty curtains hanging at the window. In all room description is mentioned that there is WIFI, but it was with such awful connection that better say that room does not have WIFI. it was good only at lobby and dining place and for surprise at pool area! When you go to reception to inform about WIFI problems - answer we can not help.... this hotel is more suitable for family with children, as there is a lot entertainment for them, but for adults there is nothing to do. in surrounding there is no place to go, nothing for entertainment as sit in room and watch TV on Bulgarian (there was only couple channels in English). one good thing is that you have 2 pcs of 0,5l water bottles and you got them every day, but would be better if there would be with free access water stands where you can fill up those bottles as in hot days it is not enough for two people. would be nice when room clean up would be added new shampoo and shower gels and e.c. and do not need to beg for them when they come to end. Worst is that you are in middle of nowhere and if you need to get somewhere at night, you cant order taxi. Reception has not such possibilities.
