A quiet, well kept motel with great managers. We stayed for 4 days, cooked our meals in, did our laundry, enjoyed the wonderful views and felt well looked after. The room was cleaned daily, towels replaced, beds made, garbage emptied etc. When we needed an oven to heat up some meat pies, Chris kindly offered the use of theirs and...

Our upper level studio unit was perfect. All amenities, quiet, private, great views to the sea. Ideal location so close to beautiful beach & 10 min walk to cafes & ferries at main Kaiteri Beach. Very good hosts - they ensure everything is done to make your stay enjoyable.

We could not recommend this place more. We stayed here the night before and night after a 2-day trip in Abel Tasman National Park. The motel is in such a perfect location so close to the beach and the rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you could need. We were overwhelmed with the kindness of the couple who run...

We stayed for 3 nights in the upstairs 2 bedroom unit with a big balcony and partial sea view. The unit was immaculate, spacious and had everything you could think of, except Sky TV but when you are on holiday, that isn't important. We used the BBQ area one night (large 5 burner gas BBQ). The beach is about a...

Hi Grant..Thanks for the great comments. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us.We have debated whether to get SKY but for the commercial cost involved,we agree with your comments that most of our guests come for some quiet relaxation and no better way than our our peaceful beach.Kaiteriteri itself only being 1 kilometre away,is close enough to...

The rooms here are fully equipped with anything you might need. Very clean and tidy, and the hosts check up if there is anything else they can do. Lovely shower! Bed linen nice and fluffy, extra blanket available. Looked like there was new soft carpet. Beautiful views as located a bit higher up the hill but easy walking distance to...

4 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It had excellent water views. It was comfortable enough. We cooked some veggies and all the pots were very small. We had to use 2 pots and even then, it was boiling over. There were Mosquitos on the first night, but there are no fly screens. I also think that it...

We stayed with friends in 2 'cabins' & we were very impressed with the spaciousness, the cleanliness & the thoughtful extras. These cabins are truly self-contained with your own laundry (detergent included) and kitchen (fully equipped). Your hosts, Christine & Lance, are helpful, informative & genuine. Kaiteriteri is the gateway to the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park. If you are...
