Cosy atmosphere that fills you with positive energy. Feels like you’re friends with the staff from the first minute and at the same time the service is great. The alpacas are super cute and we got to pet and feed them as well as watch a 1-day old alpaca baby. 10/10 alpacas.
Visited for my birthday in february -22 and had a lovely stay! Saw and fed the alpackas, had a sauna/hot spa bath with lots of foam in it + beer and snacks, then a super good meal in the pub. Chilled in the small apt afterwards and had a fire lit in the fireplace. Next day we had a very nice breakfast and did the alpacka trek 😊 This isnt a luxury hotel but a farm - homey, clean, cozy, fun with really friendly staff and good food. I recommend!!!
This was such a nice stay - Great environment, especially for kids. Paul and his family have been great to be with - Highly recommended and the Alpacas are really fun to be around. There are other farm animals, and a lot more to discover
beutiful setting with these funny lama's all around.. staff were great and gave a brilliant service. food and bar was spot on ( DEFFINIALTY try the ribs ) ! would highley recommend and would love to stay again
From previous remarks, we thought this place was paradise! Finally, we slept badly, the evening dinner was not good (only frozen products), my pancake for dessert was still frozen! The manager (Paul) looks overexcited and the employees are not smiling !! Finally, there are a lot of mosquitoes. The prices are very high for sleeping in basic accommodation, basic food and only seeing alpacas during the stay.
It is more like a farm stay than a hotel, so do not expect a bellboy and an official reception. our room was cozy and super clean, small things like complimentary scented water, sweets and care products were en extra bonus. The alpackas were happily bouncing around and we had the opportunity to meet and feed them. We learned a lot about these wonderous animals, it was really interesting and funny. The food was excellent - and so was the breakfast.
We visited this nice little farm and the superqute alpackas and other animals for a weekend. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Paul who knows everything about alpackas and we got to feed them and take one of them out for a walk in the forrest. Nice hotelroom, pool, great english pub with good food. The breakfast was fantastic. We will be back!
Had a very positive experience in Norragens Alpaca. We were the only guests when we got there, and to our surprise the owners kindly offered us to stay in the rentable apartment, even though we paid the price for a room. Despite the fact that they were busy in renovating the place, they dedicated part of their time to take good care of us, by showing the farm and its adorable inhabitants, as well as explaining us how they manage and take care of them. We got to meet, feed, and pet their Alpacas, and got to know fun facts about them and their diverse personalities. I totally recommend this experience, and hope to visit again in the future.
We booked in for an alpaca walk through the woods. They are just taking a small number of people at the moment, due to COVID recommendations so we got plenty of attention and could ask all the questions we wanted to. Our one hour booking ended up taking just over 90 minutes, certainly value for money! We got to feed the animals and then talk a walk with the alpacas (this takes a while as they walk surprisingly slowly - think toddler speed!) Fika (snack) is included in the price, and the owner had made buns for us. This is a family business - please support them - you won’t be disappointed!
If you want a fantastic experience, go to Norrangens Alpacka. Wonderful people who own it. We are 100 % satisfied and will be back. The food, breakfast were wonderful. They have an English pub too. We love it.
