I went to Interlaken for a long weekend in January this year, with lots and lots of snow!! Sat next to a lake and surrounded by mountains, the hotel's location and setting is simply breath taking. The hotel is family run (two generations) and I was made to feel so welcome and at home. The food was lovely, my room/en...

What an amazing location for a friendly and welcoming hotel! Skiing not far away and a view over the lake. Nothing is too much trouble for the family which run the Seehotel, whatever time of day or night. Thoroughly recommended for families, couples and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Budd family!

It has kindly staff. Unbeleiveable view to the lake with charming balckony. It's really clean and warm hotel to stay. But it doesn't have free wifi internet access just is accessible in the lobby. Imagine yourself in the balckony that the alps is just infront of you and the lake lays down in their safe arms.

Hotel needs investment and renovating, our pillows and curtains were darned. The 'bath' towels were thin and tiny. You are offered a choice of pillow - when I asked for a firmer one the manager laughed at me and replaced it with another soft one of a different shape. All the breakfast food and was open to the many flies...

We stayed at the Seehotel Bonigen in August and had a wonderful holiday. The view from our hotel window and balcony was stunning and could have spent hours each day just looking s it, but there were mountains to explore. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts had plenty of choice and some warmer days it was possible...

We spent 10 days here on a half-board basis and found our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We had a double aspect room (111) with 2 balconies, both with a lake view, albeit one better than the other. The owners were especially friendly and helpful, going well beyond the call of duty to help us sort out football tickets in Bern when...

just a ten minute bus ride from interlaken itself the hotel is in a fabulous position on the lake. Better still that journey is free with the tourist card that all guests receive. (Get the 103 bus that leaves the station on the hour and the Schlossli stop is right outside the property. Picks up at 39 minutes past on...

I stayed here solo for 4 nights in early September. The single room (229) had a balcony overlooking the lake and also the balcony extended round the side of the building for a different view. The room was a decent size and the en suite was more than adequate.I did not experience any noise problems from other rooms. It would...
