Interesting option when you like to spend most of time in the hotel, not in the hotel room. There is a lake, a beachm beach sauna, bowling swimming pool, in-door saunas, bilard and more. The hotel is surrounded by trees. Getting the parkin slot was rather stressful. Also busy breakfast wasn't the most relaxing experience

Don't be fooled by the photo's as they are complete photo shop, nothing is as it seem's. We stayed for 5nights paid 900euro we would have got better quality in a hostel. And as for that dirty disgusting carpet all over the place that your feet stick to, i would rather walk in dog sh#t at least i know what it is that im walking on, do yourselves a favour and get rid of it. It's definitely not child friendly or family oriented, its a place where corporation events happen or groups of people get together to gang bang its disgusting walls are like paper and you don't feel safe at all sleeping with one eye open, and the double bed in room 135 omg the noise everytime you moved in it and you would have more comfort sleeping on broken glass, anyways i have no idea how this is a four star hotel, it should Be classed as a cheap tacky motel and people should not be charged 900euro of there hard earned money for such FILTH... and please dont pay for breakfast and eat elsewhere as you will be paying for different types of bread. Not worth your hard earned cash, and if you are letting your kids have ice cream have then take it out with a clean spoon as the ice cream scooper had been sitting in a diry jug of water for all the day's we stayed and never cleaned or moved disgusting.

We considered ourselves very lucky to have a holiday this year and to find such a good hotel in which to spend a week. The hotel easy to find by the lake in a small village with one small shop. There was plenty of free parking for guests and check-in was easy and quick. We found the staff at reception very helpful throughout our stay and any problems were dealt with quickly. Our massive two bed apartment/suite was excellent and was perfect to chill out in the evenings. The Wi-fi was good as was the bathroom and shower. The room issues: Kids single beds were fine but our double bed was very low and creaked every time you moved. We told reception about this but I guess no other beds available as the hotel was full. We had a young family next door and their early starts woke my wife up as the soundproofing leaves much to be desired. An investment in a/c throughout the hotel is also a must in my opinion. This aside we really enjoyed the typical Polish breakfasts and evening meals all served buffet style. A fair range of cold starters with a choice of meat and fish for mains. No burgers or pizzas here. Fruit juices plus tea and coffee available during meals, although deserts rather limited. Our kids were a bit more fussy, however it was brilliant to be able to eat outside on the terrace most days. Facility wise we thought the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the kayaks, pedalos, sunbeds on the beach, swimming in the lake, Finnish sauna on the jetty, bike rides, ten pin bowling, table tennis and pool table. The indoor pool area including a sauna steam room and jacuzzi is also a decent size for a medium size hotel. We didn’t use the spa as it was booked up during our stay. The hotel also has some planned events mainly for kids but we did go on a two hour forest hiking tour with a very informative guide. The nearest town (5mins drive) has a few supermarkets where we stocked up with treats for the kids. The ice cream/coffee shop here is worth a visit. Disappointing that the water-sports and bowling aren’t included in the price but all in all a great value location with a spacious room and super facilities. We’d consider returning but ideally I would want some a/c please!

Horrible experience a this hotel ! to be avoided at any cost! We spent a week in this hotel, we only had problems: 1- the internal swimming pool was out of service all the time the children were very disapointed, no financial compensation was proposed by the hotel 2-The rooms and furnishings resemble the times of Communist Poland, dilapidated and dirty. We were amazed that these rooms had nothing to do with the photos of the hotel on their website or the 4 stars that the hotel advertises. 3-At the end of the stay during checkout we asked to pay by credit card when putting the credit card in the payment terminal, the latter displayed the 2 choices EUR and PLN and automatically chose EUR with a conversion rate 10% more expensive than the current rate of PLN / EUR. This is an illegal practice contrary to the laws of the European Union because the consumer MUST always have the choice between the conversion rate offered by his bank (choice to pay in PLN) and that of the hotel (choice to pay in EUR with a conversion rate of the hotel). In the end we paid our stay 10% more expensive than the initial price displayed when booking. It was horrible experience for the family, a very bad experience not to be repeated.

Tnat was one of most pleasurable stay. Not only we were welcomed by nice staff but also our room was very nicely prepared for our arrival with dog! So there was additional bowl for our doggy :) great lake access, downstairs club with variety of drinks. Restaurant definetly worth its price.

We went to Hotel Masuria with family: mother in law, brother in law, my husband and kids (3,5 years old and 3 months old). We stayed in an spacious apartment with partial view ob the lake (due to trees). 2 rooms plus a living room, which was a great option for us to be able to spend time in the common space. Hotel has great amenities: pool, spa, access to lake, kayaks, waterbikes, private beach (beautiful), activities for kids etc. Breakfast buffet very nice. The outside playground for kids, trampoline, and lots of hammocks in between the trees. 👎 no lift (we had a pram that we had to bring up and down by the stairs 👎 there is no side walk safe connection to walking routes (once i tried to go with the pram and had to return as cars go by very fas on the road and i felt unsafe), so nowhere to walk apart from the premises Overall: very good base if you want to drive to nearby attractions (i.e. Absolute must do: Karczma Warminska on Fridays to take part in Biesiada - great food with polish folk dancing and singing band)

We stayed here for almost a week with a dancing group. The facilities are gorgeous, the surroundings are amazing, the services the hotel offers are great, beautiful club on the underground floor, a touch of nature worth to visit. Food is very good, only thought they repeat too much the kind of food, should have more variety, specially on the potatoes. Rooms are big and comfortable. Really a place worth visit and be for a few days of relaxation. The spa is gorgeous but the masseurs, indeed really nice ladies, very sympathic but the massage didn't come out as expected, we were tired indeed wanted a relaxation massage but they look like they make caresses on your body. Wouldn't call that a massage. We would have done more if the experience would have been better.

Our whole group had a big disappointment with this hotel. Its location is very poor- a long drive to the middle of nowhere. It is located near a lake, but it s far from everywhere. The rooms are not convenient. No air conditioning in working order. Uncomfortable beds. Not enough toiletries. Small, old, useless towels. More like a shelter for poor people. Very poor service. No elevator, but long corridors with stairs between levels on the same floor. We asked to have our suitcases carried to the room. After a long wait, the suitcases were placed at the top of the stairs. We had to carry them a long way to the room, and carryi them on the stairs on the same fllor. The two young women in the office were totally indifferent. When we called Reception to as for some issing items and for air-condition, there was no answer. The phone was off the hook. When I came the long way downstairs, I found out the receptionist was talking on her cell phone and disconnected the pone... Poor quality of food. We were all very angry whn we left. Poor sleep on old, inconvenient marquesses. Foul amell in the room. .

This location ist great...real great ...it's in the midfle of nowhere...very quiete and far away of everything at a very nice place directly at a lake west of Olsztyn in Masuria. Friendly personal, specially in the restaurant and the wellnessarea. Not everyone speaks english - but there is anytime something to learn. Mid of june it was very cheap, but also for a higher price it is a very good recommendation....one of the best places I sawn in central-europe. Small children in Kindergarten-age at 11.00 p.m. in the bar, which are loud playing and with shoes on the seats was very strange for me....for the parents and the hotel it seems real okay, which was more strange for me. Beside theese a pleasire place.

We have decided travel to Mazury some time ago, and I've booked hotel in Olsztyn. But it was last second decision, to stay in this hotel. I decided to split my review between hotel, food and service. Hotel: building is not new, but rooms are clean. Not sure if old fashion TVs match well to 4 stars hotel, but what is really annoying is lack of air con. This summer is really hot. Food: is very average or horrible. They should shut this cook :) We have ordered wine one night. As they keep wine in bad conditions red wine was sour. Very tasty was zander, delicious polish fish. Service: they are trying hard, they are really good people but service provided in this hotel is miles away from 4 stars standard. The good thing is access to the lake, very clean.
