I was in the hotel during 14 week with 30 work collagues. Normal breakfast. No variety Regular reception. They were not very friendly Very bad cleaning service..In one week, they only entered once in my room to change the bin. No towel change.
We arrived really late and was no problem at all! The women at the reception was extremely gentle and helpful Room ok with double bad king size All clean and nice for the 70’s style... the real poland☺️ Breakfast included, we could taste the local products, very very interesting We had nice time
Good location if you want to travel to nearby towns, like Hajnowka or even Bialowieza. Hotel is quite old (items of furniture etc.), in some areas it smells (cigarettes). During the weekends it's very common, that there will be some kind of party at the cafeteria (like weddings or family events).
Nice hotel, not expensive. Food was very good and 24h reception is very friendly. Bathroom was a little small but ok. Airconditioning would have been nice. Parking right next to the hotel. No bar but you can buy beer from the reception.
We paid about €30 per night for our room which included breakfast. Our room was small with the shower situated outside the bathroom in the bedroom. There are larger rooms available. The small rooms are very hot so be sure to turn off the radiators on entry. Soap is supplied and there is a hairdryer, kettle and flat screen tv. There was no milk or teabags. There were only 3 hangers each in the wardrobe for hanging up clothes. The room was clean. The breakfast included bread, cold meats, frankfurters, yoghurts, 2 types of cereal and vegetables and tea\coffee. I asked if there was any fruit I could have I was told sternly by a waitress 'no'. I ended up bringing in my own fruit for breakfast and buying oat milk and meusli in a nearby supermarket because this hotel does not cater for Vegans. To be honest I think that there are not many Vegetarians or Vegans in Poland. The Hotel Receptionists were all lovely ladies, very pleasant, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much bother. However, one of the waitresses had an attitude problem. I booked a table for dinner and she hardly glanced at me, she was very rude with her reply. On taking our order, my husband was given the wrong main course and one of my sides was missing. She never came back to our table to check if everything was ok and we couldnt get her attention so my husband's main course fish was not eaten. A disappointing evening and we were charged for everything.A lot of other customers were having trouble with this lady as well by the sound of them. …
Good location for the centre of town and public transport. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Was upgraded to an apartment as on arrival was informed that there was a mix up with my 2 night booking that I had made 2 hours earlier (!) i.e. no room for single occupancy available for price quoted on the web. I explained this is something the hotel needed to discuss with Booking.com, as I had a confirmation for a room and price. Initially I was informed I would have to change rooms for my 2nd night. Fortunately the next morning I was informed that I would not need to change rooms (I was hardly in the room anyway as I had come for a 2 day wedding). The apartment was very spacious and the bathroom had a bath with Jacuzzi facility! Good value for money, even if I had had a small room. The apartment was very quiet despite a wedding on the first night. Breakfast was rather frugal but maybe because I got there towards the end of the time it is served? No cleaner to empty bins in the time I stayed.…
Add there are not many choices in the area to be picky about this is a place for a good night rest. By European standard it is a good place. Clean, responsive staff speaking few languages, with a good knowledge of the area. As good as our gets in Bielsk. The place is relatively close to Bialowieza National Park, Bialystok, Siemiatycze, Grabarka, Drohiczyn. Bielsk had four Orthodox Churches one must visit in the area.
