Lovely hotel, it’s modern and very well organized for events and families. It’s a pity you can hear every minuscule sound for your room. The walls are terrible and any slight noise outside your room you will hear. People playing loud music all night for two nights with no security to do anything about it as well. Another thing, ‘high speed WiFi’ is a bit misleading, I stayed on the first floor and if you weren’t in the reception area the WiFi practically didn’t work. So yeah, if your someone who doesn’t mind a bit of noise and crappy WiFi then this place is great!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We will be back next years perfect location for the water park. All staff were lovely, and did well given our lack of Polish. The food was nice, very Polish breakfast, we requested a differed type of eggs and the chef was happy to comply. Our only complaint was the hard mattresses, we struggled to sleep well. It would be good if the hotel offer s shuttles to the nearby towns, but if you need to get there the bus services can be relied upon. Leave yourself plenty of time for the buses though.

We stayed here on a weekend as tourists and there was a wedding held in basement of he hotel. There were intoxicated guys running around the parking lot fighting that went on for about 2 hours with no attention by the hotel management. The guys were running around in between the parked cars. We were afraid they would have damaged our vehicle. At 3 in the morning , there was excessive knocking on the doors on our floor.there are no phones in the room so unless you have a euro plan you can't call reception to complain. And we didn't want to open the door because who know who it was. In the morning asked to speak to the manager/ owner. She is a big tall German-looking women with black hair and basically she said that her husband is the security and that she had no intentions in compensating us for the disturbances. Would not recommend this location. They are getting more money from the wedding party then the one or two guests in a room. You also have to pay up front so once they have your cash they're done. Stay at the Bania , it's a bit more pricy but you are secure and they are first class attentive to their guests needs.

We stayed here one tonight because of its proximity to Gorocy Potok, the mineral pools. However, we were unlucky in that Gorocy Potok was closed for maintenance. Nevertheless we stayed in the hotel and were very happy. We did visit the older Therma Szaflary which is also within walking distance from the hotel. There are really no cons to this hotel. It is quite new and the rooms are really nice, clean and modern. Parking was included and easy. The breakfast, also included, was a very nice buffet. All of our interactions with the staff were very positive. All in all, this hotel is excellent value. Will stay here again when we want to visit the therms.

Hotel looks just like in the pictures unlike most hotels I visited in the past . Very clean and tidy all staff from ladies at the reception to the kitchen staff and waitresses very friendly helpful and polite there was never a problem to do anything for us even if it meant doing a bit extra . Lovely location beautiful views and the Goracy Potok wright on the door step which we had entry included to in our package. Even when we were using public transport to get to Zakopane it was quick cheep and easy . I couldn't be happier with our family visit and would highly recommended
