Severe disappointment from the visit
We were there a group of friends, we paid an extra fee especially for cleaning and room service and we did not receive it, and we also added an extra fee for heating the pool and the pool was cold during the snowy winter days. This is simply a lying and fraudulent host!!!

We were very disappointed
The location of the apartment - fifteen minutes drive from the center of Zakopane The owner of the place does not meet any obligation. Left us with a cold apartment, cold pool, half empty jacuzzi and no room service or cleaning. Also, did not return the deposit. It is highly recommended to walk away and find more honest owners
