sorry, but this place is just so run down and in need of a refurbishemnt it is impossible to find anyting poitive to say about it. My matress was long past being serviceable and made a good night's sleep impossible, the bathroom pokey and uncomfortable, the public areas closed anyway with no breakfasts available.. Even allowing for the constraints imposed by Covid, this plcae has to be bad and it's fscilities unaceptable by any standard.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights, room 101. The room was a decent size, a tiled wall was a curiosity, but a nice idea. The room was at a comfortable temperature despite or perhaps because of not having to constantly fiddle with air conditioning. I found the bed to be comfortable, giving me a better night's sleep than I normally have in hotels. The water pressure may be a little low, but not to any real detriment of the shower or bath. Location is a good balance between the peace and quiet of the countryside, avoiding the constant noise and traffic of the town, yet close enough to be convenient for the town. The only drawback is the lack of food. Currently they only provide panninis or pizza until 7 pm. Breakfast is help your self to fruit or porridge pots. The pandemic is obviously hitting small independent hotels harder than the large chains, but without guests they may soon fold, and once gone they may well be gone forever
