Reviewed August 29, 2011

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding nearby. The hotel is close to the railway station in a small built up area, although about 10-15 minutes walk from the main town of Bergen itself.

We had a double room with balcony, which was big enough for our needs and had a great view out over the mountains. The bed was comfortable and actually made up of two separate mattresses next to each other. There was also a small kitchen area, but everything was locked away, so I presume this was for guests who were on a partly self catering tariff.

There was a good selection at breakfast including Bircher muesli, a couple of other cereals, ham, cheese, fruit, jams and couple of types of bread rolls.

We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but on the occasion that we did, they were friendly and helpful.
