My husband and I had been driving around and exploring the area. It was late when we decided on this hotel. Wow!! What a wonderful find. We were greeted by a really friendly elderly lady who managed to find a room for us. The hotel is old but has a lovely charm to it. Our room was lovely- overlooking the... More

This was a last minute on the spot find and what a treat, we loved the hotel, surrounded by a lake and woods it is tucked away and what every tourist would expect from an authentic German hotel, wood every where, plush furnishings, and downstairs a spa area with huge sauna, 2 steam rooms, spa pool and wet sauna, perfect... This is a must stay. Its set is seclusive, superb hotel. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and the food is locally bought- do eat in the restaurant. You can walk through the woods, after dinner and stroll into the town, with swans in the lake, and beautiful green scenery.

This was our second stay at the Kreuzberghof. The previous stay found the property generally good and the service okay. Since then (5 months later) the property is in drastic need of TLC. Weeds, trash, and a general "unkempt" feel overall. Halls and common areas are dusty, dead bugs, floors need vacuuming. Windows that have not been cleaned in months.... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, once in June 201 and again in December 2013, I enjoyed both visits. We had a smoking room with a large balcony overlooking the small lake. The room we had was a good size with seating area and nice and warm, the beds were comfortable the hotel is quite secluded which ensures... More

On our way to Bavaria, we needed a nice place to take a break from the Autobahn and Kreuzberghof certainly fitted this bill. Located deep in the countryside, with its own lake and a very substantial forest nearby, it was perfect. (Make sure your Satnav is up-to-date, if its not been here before ;-)). That said, the hotel is very... More

Located near Eppingen next to a forest area, this hotel has a lot of features to rest and relax. But it also has good wifi, so you can mix it with business also. Rooms are spacious, and silent. It is a good option to be if passing by, but it is a lilttle isolated from everything. Breakfast is average.

We needed a place to stay closer to Stuttgart on our way back to the airport from Landstuhl, and couldn't get anything actually in Stuttgart so we took this instead. It's a little over an hour away, so we thought it would be an acceptable choice... It was WAY more than acceptable. The bathrooms are wonderful, the beds comfortable (the... More

I stay at the Kreuzberghof occasionally on business. It's in a quiet, idyllic location at the edge of Tiefenbach - deep in the countryside. The rooms are fantastic. Recently refurbished, very large and with huge bathrooms. The room rate via my company is very good value. The service is a bit quirky, but I've never had a problem. I can't... More
