The hotel is very large since it hosts conferences, when more than half booked it is very busy and very noisy. Parking is almost full in the vicinity but there is more farther away. Rooms are very simple Pool is much smaller tha it looks online, and when there are more than 10 people it is to crowded. Restaurants are mediocre. A very good thing is the location

The rooms are modern, stylish and comfortable, a good size and very clean. The reception area and lobby is very fresh and smells lovely! Breakfast had a great variety and was being replenished all the time I was staying there for a conference and all the air-conditioning was efficient in the bedroom in the conference areas it was not very efficient (it was very hot outside) and the air felt muggy and sweaty. Made it hard to concentrate at times Location wise it is not particularly close to Munich its about 20/25 minutes in a taxi/car to the city centre.

The high standard conference hotel hidden in the Munich city forest, with simply and clearly German style, you can enjoy the comfortable service from the Munich international airport to the hotel only no more 21 kilometers, the hotel environment is amazing, Enjoy it!

Lovely hotel, polite, helpful staff. I was here with work. Everything was well run, good food. Clean public areas spotless rooms. The rooms are spacious with a large comfortable bed. Coffee facilities, and a decent shower.

What can I say, this is just a brilliant hotel, it looks well maintained or let me rephrase brand new! The facilities for a conference are perfect, the screen in the auditorium is great. Food during an event is good enough but doesn't match the expectations compared to the hotel itself. Breakfast is good enough, the rooms are great, and so are the bathroom and bed. The only thing that could be improved is the number of people at the front desk, they are very polite and patient which results in people queuing up. make sure there are at least 3 people there, and give them work for when there's no customer at the desk. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone, I also stayed at the Victors 7 minutes away from Infinity but I'd never go there again. Thank you again for the superior experience!…

Although a nice hotel overall, my winter coat was taken from the sofa in the bar area on the evening of the 30th November- this is an area under surveillance. I was particularly dissatisfied by the staff who repeatedly asked me to check at reception for the missing coat. Every time I checked the staff acted disinterested in the issue and always asked for all details of the event just to go an check a storage room and report back that the coat is not there. Several times they said they will check the cameras and every time I asked for the update, the staff were not aware of this. I am extremely dissatisfied with the low level of professionalism and lack of customer care. I dare to raise concerns that these incidents are more common and the staff is used to slowly ignore customers. I would not recommend this hotel.…

Very nice and quiet Hotel. Very close to the airport and only 25 minutes from city centre. Hotel got an amazing lobby.. very stylish bar area.and a spa is one of the best around. Very nice staff at the reception, but I would like to mention in special ''Celine '' for her kindness and beautiful smile and amzing service. Sure will be back again.

The best stop-over hotel we ever stayed at traveling throu Europe! Extremely friendly, heplful and serviceminded staf. Nice food meny, drinks and wine and clean comfortable rooms. A extra plus for the SPA-facilities to relax in and the welcome arrangements in the room.

Stayed at the Infinity Hotel for one night after our British Airways flight from Munich to London was cancelled due to severe weather. The hotel has a luxurious feel to it with a very lovely lobby. lounge and bar area. Very nice mood lighting, fireplace and plush furnishings. My room was a Deluxe Room (with Rain Shower) and cost €180 a night (GB£151) with breakfast. It was a very clean, fresh, large and nicely decorated room. We ate at the bar and the Club Sandwich with Fries that I had was to a high standard, as was the service. There is a gym, pool and spa but we did not have time to make use of this, but it looked nice. The hotel is a 15-20 minute drive from Munich Airport. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
