This place is underneath from all expectation.Reception is not providing any kind of bill after You pay.In the restaurant You are not allowed to put together two tables if You are 4 together.Hotel is not providing any kind of cold breakfast to go if You leave early to airport-because if You leave your food on Sun,they not guarantee the quality of It.??To get to your room is a nightmare labyrinth.

I’ll start with the positives: 1. The view from our balcony was beautiful 2. The staff were really friendly 3. It’s in a quieter part of the island and has a much more relaxed atmosphere 4. The receptionist was really helpful with booking taxis and giving us helpful info Now for the negatives: Unfortunately, we were really quite disappointed in the hotel itself. It’s seen better days and our room was very very basic. The bathroom had lots of cracked tiles, stains around the sink, clearly a very old bathroom set. There was a tiny fridge in one of the cupboards but couldn’t fit much in and at best I’d say them temperature of the drinks that would come out of it were slightly cool. Certainly not cold. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together which didn’t have feet on so any movement and we ended up with a massive gap in the middle. My mattress was really really hard and I didn’t sleep well all week. My boyfriends mattress luckily was nicer and seemed like memory foam but still not great. The ‘sofa’ in the living room was pretty uncomfortable too. The balcony was spacious but the chairs were just typical cheap plastic and we kept getting numb bums. I would also point out that if you are a woman’s size 18 or above, you may struggle to fit in these chairs. I’m an 18 and only just fit. I found the same for the sun beds - it really isn’t a very bigger body friendly hotel. However, I could have accepted all the above if it wasn’t for the terrible, terrible food. We booked half board so expected to only pay for lunch if we fancied it and maybe a nice meal out to treat ourselves. Unfortunately, we very quickly learnt not to bother with the food. We got there in time for dinner and honestly I couldn’t tell what half of it was, it looked like slop and the whole place stunk of fish really badly. I’m not a fussy eater by any stretch but all I could manage was plain pasta with a tomato sauce which turned out to actually be tomato and tuna sauce so I could only stomach half of the plate. The next morning we hope led breakfast would be alright as you can’t really go wrong with typical breakfast food… how wrong we were! Everything was completely tasteless, watery and inedible. It’s like they purchased the cheapest low quality food and cooked it as badly as possible. The hotel is ok for a peaceful break and a good base but please please avoid the food here. Luckily we took enough money to buy every meal as we hadn’t planned on doing that.

We arrived late last tuesday evening (28/06/22) Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the ground floor at the corner near the restaurant and 10 steps from the pool we had a very spacey veranda (spotless) we had a living area that was massive with tv on wall and a small fridge and sofa (again spotless and smelling fresh) Bathroom had shower over bath was big enough for use, had hairdryer not bad power and water pressure from shower was amazing, towels were changed almost daily if required, the wee cleaners wer lovely (again spotless and smelling fresh) The bedroom was enormous plenty of shelfs, wardrobe and dressing table, (pity hairdryer was in bathroom) beds were clean and a bit hard but ok, bedding was spotless and like the towels changed when required ( again spoless and smelling fresh so big thumbs up to the wee housekeeping ladies they do a great job Breakfast was the usual hotel choice Eggs,Bacon,Toast,Rolls,Fruit,Cereal efc, we enjoyed it, it was substancial enough for us, staff were very friendly and welcoming Hose the host was lovely and was there almost every day and always happy to help, the pool being outside our room was amazing, water and pool were spotless and well maintained plenty of loungers available and right outside each room, the views of the coast were amazing from this hotel as it was at high end of start of resort, watching the sunset from the poolbar area was amazing This is a Spanish based hotel busy at weekends and quieter weekdays, only a couple of british people there mostly spanish short stayers, but varied in ages, a few kids but mosly couples,, there was no entertainment except for pool bar open playing music around the pool, which was enough for us, no loud and rowdy crowds!! Overall we had an amazing holiday in this hotel and if we decide to go back to Tenerife we will definately stay there again

Big clean rooms in a building dating back the 80s. Huge balcony overlooking a pool and the ocean. We had HB option for 7 days, were satisfied with the evening meals: everyday different cuisine asian, american, spanish etc. But breakfast was very limited and basic, the main cons there were no raw fresh vegetables like tomato or cucumber slices. Sausages inedible, bacon and eggs ok, but after the 5th day couldn't look at them anymore. Extremely friendly staff though :)

Great location if you want a quiet vacation! No clubs or pubs in hearing range. Even hotel pool bar shuts music off after 11pm. But you can not choose your fellow travelers, who could be noisy ;) Some facts: Comfort room has a separate bedroom and living room, + a large balcony. There was a small fridge, but no kettle. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and had no bad smells. Wifi costs extra in the rooms, but is free in the lobby (though very slow, only for emails). Breakfast is the same every day, but is quite varied. Dinners are themed (e.g Mediterranean, Asian, American cuisine), plentiful and pretty tasty. Every night there was some small dessert + 3-4 different fruits. Half-board has only drinks included during breakfast, have to buy something to drink (even water) during dinner, prices are ok though. During meals the staff is constantly walking around and cleaning tables, so there might be times you have to "fight" for your half-eaten plate ;) ... I think the staff could be allowed to be a bit more relaxed and clean the tables when people have finished eating. All inclusive is a bit confusing, only a few drinks and snacks are included, other stuff is just cheaper for AI than for others. It's "adults only recommended" so almost no kids, though there was a child there at the end of our stay, so seems like children are allowed. Staff was very kind and helpful, first time at a hotel that we got all of the necessary information at check-in! Stores and cafes are close-by, bus station 5 minute walk away. All the staff wore masks 100% of the time and required all customers to wear masks indoors, masks are not provided by the hotel. The hotel has a cat living on the territory, who is extremely polite: lets itself be petted and meows to say hi, but never goes inside the eating area, even when the doors are open :)

This was our second time at Bahia flamingo, Which all things considered during these uncertain times due to COVID-19 was a wonderful relaxing holiday for my wife and I. The staff here are all amazing nothing is a problem and they were all so welcoming and friendly, even though there was only a few guests at the hotel. The food was ok for the most part, however when they brought out nachos for a main meal my wife and I were gobsmaked. The food was always really nice when we came here two years ago. The room we ended up in was basic but clean. No air conditioning which I think is a must in such a hot climate as the ceiling fans were definitely not up to the job of cooling us down. The pool was clean and refreshing however upon our return home my wife ended up with quite a severe ear infection (not sure if it was from the pool or not ). The area was quiet as a few of the shops were closed due the the current situation. Although both myself and my wife felt safer in Tenerife than in the uk with all the COVID-19 precautions on the island. Unlike on our return nobody even asked us for our form we had to fill in before we flew back to the uk. If you do go to this hotel the view is amazing looking over towards the ocean from the pool bar seating area, we sat there enjoying drinks just gazing over towards la gomera, while baking in the sun at over 30 degrees most days. The only downside was having to wear face masks when outside unless you were eating or drinking, hence why I liked having a few wines during our stay 🤣🤣

My hubby and in laws went for 10days, this was my hubby’s and my 4th visit. I have to say this time completely different what with the covid regulations and restrictions going on. First of all no activities, entertainment or even Alex happening so this made it quite boring + hardly any visitors. Pool was warm and fabulous. Food definitely not has good has last 3 visits for us. However i do have to say all the staff were very polite kind and caring towards us, so a big THANK YOU to you all. Sadly hotel was closing when we came home. Would my hubby and I go again YES, so lets hope this cruel and awful covid pandemic hurries up and goes away. Stay safe and well bahia flamingo team and once again THANKS 😊 big hugs 🤗 to you all

We arrived at this hotel during the pandemic. The original hotel that we booked had closed down which is understandable. We booked as a party of 4 to stay in the same room but due to one person having to isolate only 3 of us ended up travelling. On arrival to the hotel we were told we had separate rooms and there were no rooms available for 3 people. Whilst trying to sort this out the receptionist was extremely rude and kept talking over us. We were advised by our agent they would find us a new hotel but to go to our rooms and carry on with the day as normal as this isn’t something which happens quickly. To be fair the room was spacious and clean and had everything you needed if you were travelling as a 2, a nice big balcony however there are no lifts in the hotel so not recommended if you struggle with stairs or are disabled. The pool is lovely and big however because me and my friends were not sharing a room we were not allowed to sunbathe or eat together! Even though we checked in together and just travelled 4 hours on the plane together The food didn’t have much variety and tasted awful. I found all staff at this hotel very rude with the exception of the bar man who couldn’t do enough for you and was extremely friendly. He is wasted at this hotel. There is no evening entertainment and the hotel is very very quiet. Outside the hotel all you will find is a petrol station, no bars or restaurants. We are moving hotel today.

Booked this hotel and didn't get confirmation email. I had few questions to ask the hotel which I emailed. At first I got nice replies but didn't get answer to my main question what was about cancellation. Receptionist kept telling me all the information is on the email I received when booking it. Well I didn't get that confirmation email. Did I? Long story short... I called up and was very calm and polite as I work with costumers all the time myself. The receptions was so so rude and she actually shouted at me and kept shouting. Because of her (Patricia) I cancelled my booking and ended up getting a lot better hotel. Will never ever fo to this hotel.
