We are not a Hotel, we are made of HOLIDAYS! We have decided to break the mould. We have embraced values such as freshness, excitement and interaction as the core of our philosophy. We have designed ourselves, inside and out. Allegro is boldness, joy and laughter. It is the flexibility and explosion of energy that was in such great demand. It is having guests tire themselves out with a smile from ear to ear because they are always doing things: chatting with new friends, dancing with strangers and taking photos until their memory card is full! Allegro Isora is located near La Arena beach and with views of La Gomera. Its newly-renovated apartments are equipped with all the comfort and services of a hotel to create the best alternative for a family holiday .A few reasons to win you over? More than 21,000 m² of gardens and pools ,an à la carte restaurant, a buffet with flexible hours, a bar-lounge, a pool with a slide and water games for kids, a heated pool during winter to name a few…

Stayed here for 10 days, Hotel is spot on very clean and tidy, Staff really friendly and helpful, Rooms always cleaned and spotless, We was self catering and went for breakfast on our 2nd day but was shocked when it cost us €30 euros for both of us which is a joke. All pools are reasonable sized and very clean, overall its a very good clean hotel! There is some restaurants nearby or you can get taxi into los gigantes which is about 4/5 euros, which has bars restaurants e.t.c or puerto santiago which is just before los gigntes, There is a english bar called flintstones just down the road from hotel, Lovely full english breakfast for just 5 euro something, Good beer and english food e.t.c, Overall this is a very good hotel and would return, Only complaint is €15 euros for the breakfast!!!

Hotel's Favorite
Just returned from a 5 night stay. We paid extra for a sea view room and ours was located on the 4th floor so views were fantastic. Rooms are spacious as you have a basic kitchenette and lounge plus small bedroom with built in wardrobes. All very clean and beds were really comfortable. Restaurant is large - there were many families with children there during our visit and so it was noisy. The food however couldn’t have been better. Always plenty of choice, hot and well presented. Restaurant staff are very efficient and helpful. Lactose free yoghurts/milk and some gluten free items were available too. You could help yourself to soft drinks, beer, water and wine in the restaurant, plus there were soft drink and beer dispensers in the bars. We didn’t use the pool area as we prefer the sea but they were quite noisy and the beds close together. Once the centre pool area reopens I’m sure the sun beds will be spaced further apart. There is a request not to reserve sun beds but a few people still did of course. There is nightly entertainment and some of the performances were very good. Hotel is ideally situated for exploring the neighbouring resorts by foot though there is a very frequent bus service. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon.

Dear guest, Thank you for the great feedback of your recent holiday experience at our Allegro Isora; guest satisfaction is our number one goal and there is nothing better than achieving that. We regret reading that apparently we failed to ensure that our hotel policy, forbidding the reservation of sun beds, was respected during your visit. Your mentioning of this in your review did not go unnoticed and we are pleased to inform you that with immediate effect we will be enforcing the communication reminding guests that reservation of sunbeds without immediate use is forbidden in our hotel. On the other hnads, we are very pleased to read that you did like the room we accommodated you in and that you found it to be clean and comfortable at all times. Finally, I am grateful for your compliments towards our staff, whose kindness and helpfulness is one of our hotel's greatest strengths and I promise to congratulate them all on your behalf for their contribution to your wellbeing whilst in our hotel. Again we thank you for this very kind review of our hotel and we look forward to serving you again in the future. Best regards, Piera Gigliotti Guest Experience Manager

Hotel itself is lovely and clean, modern rooms and 3 pools to choose from. We went self catering and the only let down was breakfast for two of us cost €30 which is ridiculously expensive. You are better off going to flintstones or legends nearby much cheaper €12 for 2 people. Also in rooms you have a fridge, hob, kettle etc however no utensils to cook with very basic equipment not ideal to cook a meal I.e for a family more just for light snacks. Staff very nice and rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels which is really nice. Hotel is at the top of a hill you need to walk down and back up if you wish to visit beach and shops which can be a killer in the heat. Los gigantes is €4-5 in taxi so worth a visit, playas americas is €30 in taxi but you can get bus takes 1hour and half so a long ride. Perfect place to relax and sunbathe but if you prefer a busy holiday this may not be the place for you as not too much nearby. Overall was a good holiday.
