I stayed in Cromleach Lodge for a night and was glad to leave. The room was at the back of the hotel, and was dark, dreary, depressing and small. It looked up at the Carpark with little natural light. A lot of modernisation is needed. The decor is dated and it's obvious to me that no money has been spent... More

Really enjoyed my stay here and I am saddened to hear it is closing - thanks to all the wonderful staff they couldn't do enough for us, fantastic venue for a wedding. They made the day so special for all guests. Enjoyed their beautiful spa and walks in the grounds.

We stayed here for a work weekend and I was surprised that I’ve never heard of this hotel. The hotel is hidden about 15minutes of the N4 and has amazing views, a great spa and the restaurant. The steam room is probably one of the most relaxing I’ve ever been in and DON’T miss the view from the hot-tub, its... More

I visited this hotel for a Valentine treat. Going to our room was like walking in the Arctic along the corridors. The food is overpriced, wasn't even hot (like the hotel) when it eventually arrived, and was mediocre. The hotel is in dire need of modernisation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that doesn't deserve the plaudits that it awards... More

I had arranged for myself and my friend to stay as a surprise treat for her birthday and we both had the most amazing time. From the minute we arrived to the spa for our treatments (after a minor hiccup on my part which they completely sorted out with ease), the spa was bliss and the staff so friendly especially... More

Where to start? So many positives but I’ll start with the very few negatives, none of which took away from a very pleasant stay. The road to the hotel from Castlebaldwin is not good, twisting, turning & narrow, not the hotel’s fault but worth mentioning. The exit from the hotel to the road could be a lot better as, I... More

Attending a wedding here at the weekend and it was fab! Service & food was unreal. We had Jenny tending to our table and she was exceptionally attentive and fun. Full marks all round :) Would recommend for a small family wedding!

We booked a suite for my boyfriend's birthday. The view of the lake which was guaranteed with the room was spectacular. We also had a seaweed bath, which was lovely, but at 70 euro was a little on the expensive side. The food and wine list were really good and the service was seamless. What really makes this place, however,... More

Love Cromleach lodge ...Food is always excellent...staff friendly. However I have to say I was a little disappointed with the room size on the last occasion. My husband upgraded our booking to a room that included a balcony with overview of the garden, all of which were very nice. However the room size was very small with a double bed... More

We had our wedding in Cromleach Lodge on the 28/12/2015, from the minute we decided to go with the venue we knew we had made the right decision. Cromleach Lodge is like a home away from home. The staff are exceptional and really make you feel welcome. Deirdre the wedding coordinator is amazing at her job and nothing was an... More
