This hotel is excellent in every way. Incredibly clean and tidy. Very modern. Super friendly staff. Big rooms, comfortable, right in the middle of town with loads of stuff to do near by. Highly recommended. It’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Coming from Singapore for 5 days to visit my family and friends, I stayed at this hotel (even I was invited to sleep at my brothers or my mom homes), for the comfort ans it’s proximity to the center and all facilities. The hotel is very well situated, very clean, nicely decorated with pictures, old sewing machines and fabrics machines as the hotel is a conversion of an old fabrics factory. The bedroom was big, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast has a large variety of delicious dishes, don’t miss the Belgian gaufres (waffles) and the abbey cheese. The hotel staff is very kind and professional. There is a car park and a place to park 1 or 2 tourists buses.
There was no shampoo in the bathroom, but there are 4 hairdressers in the area that will make your shampoo and blow dry for 20 €.
Just next to the hotel, enjoy a drink at one of the terrasses on the Grand-Place, eat a cake or a dessert at Pierre-Alain ( one of the best in the world) , eat Belgian specialities at La Cloche (rue de Tournai) , try the famous real French fries with mayonnaise and fricandelle (street food on the Grand-place) and buy local food on the market every Tuesday mornings.

Have stayed many times before and will continue to do so. Good secure locked underground parking 10€ Walk into Mouscron lots of local bars La Cloche restaurant serves a lot of Flemish food. Highly recommend the slow cooked stew- unbelievable flavours! Room 10 was excellent for the 🐶

Firstly the positive: the check in as part of a tour group, which was very efficient. The location is great, just a two minute walk to the square with all the bars and places to eat. Mouscron is not a big place but very nice place to spend the evening. Room was a good size, nice big bed, bathroom clean and nice shower. All started well. Breakfast the next morning was good, can make boiled eggs to your taste, bacon, beans, scrambled eggs and toast. Also good range of continental choices too. Bar, there is no tab to run, so you have to pay in cash for each drink, which eats into your cash, so be prepared for that. It would have been much better to have a bill at the end of the night as they were also often short of change. Also to be able to pay by card. After our first long day on the tour our room had not been tidied. There had been someone in the room as our pillows had been rearranged. We are tidy people but there was some of the powdered creamer and sugar still on the counter and our paper cups had not been replaced. Our bathroom was as we left it, tidy but clearly had not had any cleaning. An oversight, we thought, perhaps the cleaner had been called away and forgot to replenish the stock etc. So we went down to restock on tea, coffee, creamer etc. and get clean cups. Next day we returned to our room after the tour again. Clearly someone had been in the room as there were new paper cups on the tray, but the dirty paper cups and the used ceramic cups we had collected the day before were still there, the bin still had all the waste from our previous tea/coffee and the tray was still covered in remains of creamer/sugar. Again the bathroom was exactly as left, we had used the towels for showering obviously and caring about the environment do not need clean towels each day but on our third night it would have been nice to have replacement bathmat, which was now getting dirty. So overall I think this was a big problem which meant that we were glad to not be spending more time there. A shame as the staff were friendly and attentive.

The staff are young, polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Good sized shower room with separate toilet. Large comfortable bed, seating area, complimentary tea/coffee in room. Safe and mini fridge and enough wardrobe space. Complimentary water cooler on site, good breakfast but unfortunately not many choices for vegans. At least a vegan spread would have been great. I did have juice and fruit , bread and jams or baked beans and some packed crispbread clearly labelled vegan with Biscoff spread. Hotel is right next to the main square and if you opt out of room cleaning, you are rewarded with a 5 euro voucher every day to use at their bar. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights on a Battlefields Tour. The location is great, near the town centre. The staff were friendly and efficient and spoke good English. The room was comfortable with a large bed, soft pillows, air con and a separate heater, separate wc and shower and plenty of useful lighting. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Highly recommended.

We stayed here during a Battlefields coach tour. Our room was good , lovely big comfortable bed, my only gripe is that the tea and coffee wasn’t refilled everyday but reception were happy to give replacements. Hotel breakfasts were excellent and they served a small amount of bar snacks in the evening but literally there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful . Very nice hotel in a good location for the battlefield tours Rooms are a good size and have coffee and tea at hand. A voucher was issued to use at the bar fir saving the room being cleaned every day as an eco saver Breakfast was fantastic and good local beer at the bar.
