Very nice and cozy hotel. The cleaning was quite okay. Slightly worn rooms and the hotel otherwise was a bit worn. Large hotel and lots of pools and play attractions for the children and the little ones. 😊 And nice staff, those in the restaurant/bar at the hotel. Really love them. Oui, Chris, and Tan and with more there. Professionally served and very caring with the heart in the right place. I will be more than happy to return to this hotel. The frulosten was okay, but missing some toppings and things that weren't there. The food there was perfectly fine, but they could have had a little more to choose from, and think drinks and ice cream should be included in half board or that they choose full board so everything is included with more dishes and more for those with allergies that are gluten and lactose free. Close to shopping and the beach. But nothing negative otherwise, my daughter and I had a nice and cozy time here. 🫶🏼🌸💖…

This was a last minute request as my flight was cancelled and needed a hotel to stay as my current hotel was fully booked out. The staff were incredibly accommodating, given I was so upset and it was still peak season. ** I especially want to make a personal commendation to Miss Chantana at front reception. She was so kind to me. Her hospitality was impeccable and she could not do enough to ensure I had a wonderful stay at the resort. All the staff were beautiful, as you can imagine of Thai people. Hotel is very old and dated. Furniture in the rooms full holes and dirty. When I arrived I notice spiderwebs on 4 different places in the room, in 2 weeks they where not swipped away. I dont think floors get wash, ever. Just swiping. Somedays cleaners forget clean towels, someday they forget complimentry water. The balcony did not get cleaning whole 2 weeks i was there. Breakfest was worst i ever had in thailad and i have been there about 30 times. If you like eggs, maybe It’s Ok, But if you want fruits or something over your bread, tough luck. You have pineapple, somedays watermelon. No cheese, nothing, exept chicken ham ( wtf is that??!) Somedays you have cucumber or tomato slices, But not at same day… Lot’s of russians who woke up half the hotel many nights with they drunk fighting at the corridor, breaking glas etc. If you want to be at the pool, Good luck finding place after 08.30, because they will be reserved even people come after noon. Will not be coming back. Hotel is near the beach, that’s nice.…

Perfect stay if you are with kids. Nice location in Karon close to the beach. WiFi is ok. Breakfast is nice. Staff is wonderful. Sorry to say that the hotel and all Karon is crowded with tourists from a country that have problems behaving - big issue!

First time in Phuket. It is is great place to stay if you have kids. The interior pool and water slides are nice. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful. The proximity to the beach makes this a great place for “beach bumps.” The water was beautiful. Our only disappointment was the food service and the rooms were dated. We were expecting more of a Thai cuisine during the meals and a few days it appeared they ran out of food. We had very little interaction with the staff so we cannot comment on their friendliness.

We first had a room in front of the karaokebar at the far end of the resort. After checking with the manager PK they arranged the best spot at the resort to compensate for this bad start.. Good pool area.. Restaurants are fine.. 2 hour happy hour at different poolbars..!!!
