Stayed over for a weekend. Room had flickering lights and bathroom had hairs around and no towels. When asked for a room change, they changed into another room which was in even worst state... so eventually had to move back to the original room after complaining and waiting 3 hours to get it cleaned. The receptionist is not someone I...

Despite nice staff upon arrival, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unfortunately, the hotel is part of a run-down shopping complex. Staying for one Saturday night, I was kept awake by club music and crowds of people directly outside my window; even when closed the noise was unbearable. Similarly, I have arrived home to find a skin fungal...

Staff very nice. Received the Welcome drink but have not yet see my award points posted into my account. Rooms are old and worn. Receptionist did how ever provide me with a larger room due to my Ibis business card membership.

Don't let the hotel's pictures fool you. This "hotel" is part of a run-down shopping complex in a very dangerous neighborhood. Do not under any circumstance, book a room here. It is about a 50 minute subway ride from downtown, and an hour's drive. If you are planning a vacation online with no local knowledge, avoid the false advertising of...

Contrary to many of the reviews on here, I would have to say that I was delighted with this hotel. I needed accommodation for one evening, functional accommodation with 'no frills' nor breakfast and it was great. I slept like a log. Furthermore, the reception staff were professional, friendly and patient and happy to converse in English. Checking in and...

We paid only £63 for a 3 night stay, no breakfast (online offer). The receptionists were helpful and polite. My husband and I are not fussy, so any interaction with the staff was always Hi-thank you-bye! The hotel, we could tell it was a rough area, however we didn't have any problems. Corridors did smell a little, and the housekeeping...

The most horrific hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was terrible, the room was dirty and the lobby was dirty. I had money stolen from my room by the cleaner. When I approached the receptionist and explained what had happened, he simply told me nothing can or will be done. We were warned by a lovely local lady...

I made my reservation to the Hotel above & I was treated violently & brutally by the receptionist upon our arrival. The dark parking, the narrow steps up to the lobby, the dirt & the smell were only the beginning. I asked the receptionist to show me the 3 rooms that we booked & he refused. He claimed he would...
