We arrived there at 4:30pm. We were the only ones there. 4pools, 38°C, 32°C, 25°C and 23°C. No cold pool to contrast with the hot ones. They told us they would close the place at 6pm when we arrived. At 530pm they started cleaning the pools and we felt like we had to leave. We asked for another towel as the one we had were wet. They refused categorically ("1 person 1 towel"). My girlfriend had mud on her shoe, and the cleaning lady suggested she cleaned it inside the pool... We instantly regretted our 5pm bath.

I visited here while doing the bike loop..I found it really relaxing, tried all the different pools 27,29,35,40 degrees. 40 degrees was a bit too hot to sit for long. It is pretty pricey at $10usd/16,000MMK, but you can charge what you want when there's no competition. I had my lunch there too, fish and chips (which is crisps) 5,000MMK, but really tasty. Towel/shampoo and small water are provided. I'd recommend visiting here if you can afford it.

Best time to visit in May during its low season and I was the only person there in the morning. Probably a good stop over if you are exploring (by bicycle) while completing the loop (Nyaung Shwe >> Khaung Daing >> Inle Lake transfer >> Maing Thauk >> Nyaung Shwe). Paid USD 10 (cover the use of hotspring pool from the new facility, shower amenities and a glass of orange juice). A little pricey but worth the visit!

The staff offers 10usd for 3 points and it is 4 small pools with different hot levels in a separated areas and meal & drink in the cafe & bar. We paid 10usd but only get 1 bottle of water and 1 small glass of orange juice, no meals at all. Quite disappointed due to the poor service, old & small facilities, lesser services than our country’s Nha Trang City.

People complaining about this place seem to forget (or ignore) that water from hot spring does not generally look clean. This water is 100% natural and comes directly from the spring without any treatment. The staff is ready to adapt the temperature by adding very hot water to any of the pools. Compare the price and quality of the water with any other places you know all over the world, ..., and enjoy it!
