I came with my daughter for just a quick getaway- 4 nights - still here as a matter of fact- leaving tomorrow and I must say that this has been the most amazing experience. I travel a lot and this hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Where should I start, - check in - we were automatically upgraded to a sea view room. The room was amazing, clean, modern, and airy. WIFI 5G worked perfectly. The staff was the best, from the waiting staff, bar staff, reception and entertainment- all were absolutely amazing. All spoke fluent German and English. The clientele was all German, I think we were the only English speaking, but all spoke to us in perfect English. The beach was amazing, with enough lounge chairs everywhere, FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. SO MUCH VARIETY, FRESH FRUIT, DESERTS, SALADS and crepes, waffles pizza all throughout the day. we had all inclusive and I must say every day was something different. There are also 2 fine dining restaurants on site - Italian and Greek with live entertainment and they are a must. What great live music. The singer in the Greek taverna was so engaging, she had everyone dancing ad doing shots even the waiting staff. I do not usually return to the same place twice but this place- we will definitely visit this place again ad will recommend to everyone. And it is only 25 min from the airport so the transfer is super quick. I give this hotel 10 out of 10 for everything. I should also add that the clientele was so polite as well, everyone was very respectful to each other it really has bee such a pleasant stay

Visited Aeges Spa and was impressed with the quality and variety of treatments offered. Felt rejuvenated.after a traditional Cretan massage. Leonidas was great therapist. The ambiance was soothing and relaxing.

Alketa, Leo and Maria did a great job.. We really enjoyed our „Inner Balance“-massages. It wasn’t too hard or too soft. The cremes and oils feel great on my skin. They smell good and the ingredients are nice.

I would like to tell we were satisfied - the hotel is clean, food is delicious, services are very good, people are very polite - all the time smiling. Also welness zone is super, especially I appreciate masseur Alketa who has magical hands, her back&feet masage and facial treatment was fantastic. Thank you. Monika

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Very nice beach, very friendly staff, clean rooms and good food. The Aegeo SPA and the whole Aegeo Spa team is also highly recommended. A small point of criticism is the all inclusive offer. Unfortunately, there is a difference between ultra all inclusive and "normal" all inclusive. I have never seen this before. All in all a great holiday.

I stayed at Anissa Beach in July 2022 with my family for a week and we all had a great time! Food was amazing - we had all inclusive and I especially enjoyed the great lunch, afternoon crepes and dinner. Staff was very friendly for the most part. We rented a Garden Cabana for some days which was absolutely worth the price for us. In the cabana, we were served by Valia most days and she was an absolute delight. Always with a smile on her face, super friendly and attentive. The whole premises are lovely, huge garden with many loungers, right by the beach, many different restaurants and bars to choose from, tennis court, minigolf, mini market, spa, etc. A lot to discover! Loungers are often reserved by the many German guests very early in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault and you would usually still find some empty spots later in the day. I booked two spa treatments (one just wasn't enough) and they were both equally amazing. The massages were done by Evi Arketa and Leonidas and both of them were super friendly, did an amazing job and just made me relax so much. Maria from the spa (who I booked both treatments with) was also great. She provided helpful information on the different options, was extremely friendly at all times and very welcoming. I would definitely book another treatment with them if I came back! All in all, of course one can always find small things to complain about, but we had a relaxing holiday and enjoyed our time at Anissa Beach very much!

Incredible holidays! The service, the staff, the place were just right for us. We still think about the delicious salads during lunch or dinner. The beach is sooo clean, a LOT of waves though but if you don't go far, you'll enjoy playing in the water. Unforgettable!!

We stayed at this hotel for a week as a family of four made up of three adults and one child. It was a great stay for all four of us. It was the last week of season so things were much quieter but the standards were impressive nonetheless. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly, welcoming, always smiling and happy to help. All the facilities were clean and well looked after. There was a wide variety of food at the restaurant catering for vegetarians too with a wide selection of fruit, veg, mains and desserts at every meal. There was a 15 min free spa treatment included for adults which was very relaxing with and carried out in a very professional manner. The hotel garden leads out onto the beach which means that the sea can be seen when you’re having lunch. We had a fantastic stay here and are planning on returning again. Could not recommend this hotel enough!
