Myself and 5 friends have just arrived home from an amazing holiday at Bella beach. I cannot praise this hotel enough. All the staff and Manager made my 60th birthday an amazing time. Food was amazing you could not find fault with the variety they have on offer. On leaving the Manager made a point of coming and saying goodbye and wished us a safe journey home . An amazing Hotel thank you for an amazing holiday.

We decided to take our elderly mums on a long awaited holiday and we weren't disappointed. One of them is disabled and the hotel was well equipped to accommodate her, nothing was too much trouble for them. Unfortunately it rained for most of our holiday , so spent most of our time sight seeing . The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The direct beach access was very good a pity we didn't have the weather to use it. Most mornings after our fantastic breakfast we would take a walk along the sea front. We would love to return to the hotel in the future.
Lovely hotel. We arrived late in the evening to a warm reception. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. We were escorted to our room where there was a meal waiting for us in the fridge. The room was very comfortable. We had drinks put in the fridge twice in the week. The food was excellent, lots of choice and it was all good quality and cooked beautifully. The a la carte restaurants were also very nice with great menus I would recommend booking an evening at each. The location was great, it is right on the beach with plenty of free sun loungers. I’m more of a beach person than pool person so didn’t use that but it looked lovely and clean and the area surrounding it had plenty of beds. Beach towels are renewed every other day. You can walk quite far down the coast line where there were various shops and cafes we didn’t use them. If you walk 10 minutes from the front of the hotel there is a bus stop, you can get to Heraklion in 40 ish minutes for €2.40 each. I think it’s €40 ish by taxi. I recommend getting a timetable to show you all the places you can go. The only negatives I have is that the shower screen has a large gap so you have to be careful or the water ends up over the floor. Also the AL cocktail menu isn’t the best. The other drinks are fine though. The best thing about Bella beach is it’s staff. From reception, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar staff they were all so friendly and helpful. I wish I had made notes of name to name people personally. Overall had a lovely relaxing week and would recommend this hotel.…
Me and my daughter recently stay at Bella Beach Hotel for 7 nights and we loved every minute! All staff, especially management, were just as amazing the second time round. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was another great experience. The hotel is right next to the beach and has private sun beds available to all guests. The pool area was really clean and also surrounded with lots of sun beds. The food was amazing, there was a big variety of food, plenty of choice for every pallet. Our compliments to all the chefs! The restaurant staff were always cheerful and looked after us really well. Thanks to all at Bella Beach for looking after us again. We can't praise this hotel enough and we will definitely be returning again in the future!
We have recently spent a very relaxing holiday at the Bella Beach. It is well located (just 25 minutes from the airport) and with immediate access to the beach. The swimming pool is great and everywhere around the pool was kept clean and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed evening meals in the fish restaurant and the waiting staff were excellent. We also would like to say a special thank you to Elena (Guest Relations) who went out of her way to help us with a slightly leaking shower! Our room was comfortable and pleasant.
I am very thankful for the very good Service and Hospitality of Bella Beach Hotel .Special thanks to the maitre of the restaurant Apostolos and the staff of the restaurant and the kitchen. Congratulations for the delicious food! A big "thank you" to Elena that works as guest relation officer for her organisation and succesfull and professional work. I want also to thank Genovefa for her detailed cleaning service.
My Sister and I visited 28th Sept, the rooms lovely and comfy, beautiful beach setting, nice pool area, the staff were extremely polite and very helpful, great selection of food, a special mention for the restaurant manager and the bar staff thankyou very much we had a lovely Holiday xx
My boyfriend and I stayed for a week at Bella Beach. Overall, the hotel was nice with large rooms and a lovely pool area. The food and drink was very clean with lots of selection - it was basic but it was what you expect from an all-inclusive package and we couldn’t complain about it at all. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We received fresh pool/beach towels for free every other day and beds made everyday along with water, soft drinks and wine in the fridge. The beach is right on the front of the hotel too. However, for us there were some small things that didn’t correlate with a 5* stay, we feel we had been misled into having high expectations whereas if we had known the hotel was more 4*, we wouldn’t have been slightly disappointed. The patio door in our room didn’t lock, the staff were unable to fix it so we had to use the outer door. The shower screen did not fit the shower so the bathroom flooded every time it was used. By the outdoor showers, there was a broken brick with shattered pieces everywhere that could be quite dangerous especially with children running around. There was no music/entertainment which meant there was no atmosphere. We are aware there is a partial lockdown in Crete at the moment but every other venue we went to had some music on and the hotel had music on during the day around the pool, just not at night. The location was also poor, which we were not aware of again having been misled. Although the hotel is on the beach, there are 3 bar/restaurants within a 15 minute walking distance and none of these were very nice. Thankfully we had hired a car so could explore but on an evening spent a lot of money on taxis. Overall, the hotel was nice but we wouldn’t return in the future. As said previously, if we’d have known the hotel was more 4* we wouldn’t have been disappointed but we were misled into believing it was 5* and it definitely was not.…
Together with my wife and 9 year old daughter i spent 7 nights at the Bella Beach Hotel. To be honest i don't really like this kind of lying on the beach all day vacation, but this experience was great and very relaxing. Sure the venue is not worth 5 stars but the personnel, the variety and the quality of the food and the joy of spending time on the private beach or the pool is more than enough to give this hotel 5 stars. I think we will chose the same place next year.
