We were shown through to or room which was beautifully decorated in a colonial style with a modern injection. We stayed in room downstairs in the annexe which although beautiful with a secluded enclosed terrace backed on to the kitchen.(...

Beautiful and laid back hotel in a lovely location. Comfortable beds and lovely bed linen and towels, with robes also supplied. Poor sleep was had due to it being so hot (37 degrees day time temp) and no air conditioning, but the hotel did supply a fan when asked and the weather is out of their control!!! Nothing was too...

We stayed for one night and had two adjoining (but not interconnecting) rooms, as there was no one room large enough for our family of four. Initial impressions are all very lovely - quaint/charming/old fashioned are all adjectives that spring to mind. Tempered a little by the overwhelming smell of furniture polish, no doubt used on all the dark wood...

We had two nights here to sample Cap Ferret. There is not a large number of hotels on Cap Ferret, so the options are quite limited. This seemed on the internet to be the nicest we could find and we were pleased to be able to book something. On arrival, the place is amazing. Old fashioned wooden building, set among...

We had a 290 euro room, which was very nice, but in no way luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and clean and we had a very nice Ensuite. There was certain things which were just bonkers at the hotel, for instance no water or glasses in the room. Breakfast was good, but not included in the price. Evening meals...

We only stayed for one night but would love to return to this tiny area of France. The hotel is quite unique, with a fabulous restaurant. We stayed in the annexe - beautifully furnished, with an extremely comfortable large bed, and very attractive bathroom. All the staff were lovely.
