This hotel is terrible. Giant, dated older Marriot-type hotel with St Regis prices. Do not come here. There is no beach access, service is slow and rude, food is honestly the worst I’ve had at a st Regis. The staff has no idea how to rectify service issues. The rooms are in need of a massive renovation. The hotel lobby looked like a cruise ship from the 1980s.

Just at at the beautiful beachside restaurant and whilst the food was full of amazing flavours, I was very disappointed with our treatment. My chicken, though delicious, was really undercooked (almost raw in places)! The lights were dim and atmospheric, so I didn’t notice until near the end of my meal. When I pointed this out they said “sorry madam I will get you a fresh one!’” I didn’t want another as by this time I was full but I was shocked that when the bill arrived, they had charged me for the chicken!! There was no apology at all and it was only after I complained that they offered to take the price of the chicken dish off the bill. Very poor service which made me feel undervalued and unimportant. What a shame!!

The best, most luxurious, beautiful hotel. Excellent location and amenities, great big room with large balconies and great view. Has a really nice spa with different saunas.the front desk is very professional , special thanks to Rico for being so nice to me and my sister we had a great time and stay at your hotel. The food is great we tried all their restaurants and lounge bars and were not disappointed. My favorite is mare restaurant very good seafood restaurant. The Michelin restaurant on site is another experience. The concierge is very helpful. Special thanks to alessa for her help and knowledge. Rent a car on their premises which is an added convenience. You will need it while you are in Mallorca. I loved it their, will sure return when back in Mallorca.

Coffee making needs some training as had to get mine replaced which was embarrassing as a guest of friends with whom the hotel came highly recommended Presentation excellent but no point if product lacking

Give this place a pass. Beyond the fact that this is the farmed plain salmon from a personal chef of luxury resort we encountered a variety of failures and issues and a general incompetence and total lack of training on their own facility amongst the staff. The butler was energetic and friendly in a false, say our name back to us 18 times in 3 minutes way, and then both failed to deliver in the very small request we made at the start (honey for the tea to the room) and generally said she did not know in answer to almost any question and directed us to other staff who typically gave us the wrong answer. They failed to reconfirm our hard fought for reservation for our 30th anniversary sunset dinner across the island so after a half hour drive we were refused at the gate of the truly beautiful and luxurious Cap Rocat. This was eventually sorted after an hour wait but through the entire ordeal the only apology came from the manager of the restaurant at the Cap Rocat. Never our sub par hotel. Big. Sterile. Lack of attention to finish details. A sad state of affairs for a brand that sued to hold some prestige and clearly not appropriators to the cost (1-1.5k). and even just getting to the room is an ordeal as they managed to design the garage to Bosse t the hotel so you must go down then up then take and elevator. I have never needed anyone to show me to my room but here it was required. And long and inconvenient.

I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with small (or big) children. This hotel was the most family-friendly and accommodating hotel and we are huge fans! Everything we needed was anticipated and accommodated for in supporting our family. From the moment we arrived to checking out, we received the most incredible service. During our stay, we received consistently amazing service from everyone. Huge call outs to Miri and Bastian at the kids club and Mariana at Terra who made us feel like we were family and provided such warm and exceptional experience. We can’t wait to come back!

I hate giving this place 3 stars because they deserve 5 stars, but I was very disappointed with the way the management handled a big misunderstanding with the hotel car bookings. First of all the hotel is very nice, with very spacious rooms, big balconies and bathrooms. Lots of storage space. They offer ironing service daily. The breakfast buffet was very good. So many options and variety. Also loved the dinner in their (non Michelin) restaurant. There was plenty of room by the pool and good service. Overall a convenient location and a nice hotel to stay in. However, the hotel has some kind of issues with taxi ordering. We were late for the dinner and the taxi they ordered never came. They failed to call another taxi or notify us about it. So we missed our dinner reservation because of the delay. They offered their hotel car to take us to the town. So we were under impression that it was complimentary. Next time we asked if we could use the company car to go for a dinner to town, and the hotel said yes, without ever mentioning that they charge for the car. So the car took us to the restaurant and waited there the entire time although we had his information and were going to call him when we were ready to leave back to the hotel. So when we were checking out we had a huuuge charge for both times we used the car. They charged almost Eur600 for one of the trips because they charged Eur100 per hour for waiting! No one ever discussed these rates with us. We rented once again the car for 6 hours and all the prices were initially discussed with us for that trip. So why never mention that there will be a charge for the transfer and the wait that we never asked for? So Paloma (the guest service manager) supposedly was trying to help us to adjust these fees but in reality she wasn't even trying to adjust anything. She kept saying give me time and then saying there is nothing we can do. I thought it was managed very very poorly for the hotel of this kind of level. The whole outrageous charges for the car left a very bad taste in our mouth and kind of ruined all the nice time we had in that hotel. Not professional at all and very disappointing.

Great hotel with various facilities for adults and children. Many restaurants are available on site. One of them had a Michelin star, which you should make a reservation in advance. There is a children fun area and special service to take care of children.

Luxurious and relaxed Hotel that is perfect for families. The staff here were so friendly and helpful to our family. GRACIAS! Special thanks to Ramona, Daniela & the team for their beautiful welcoming smiles each day at breakfast . To Don & Rachid for looking after us in the bar terrace area in the evenings. Lucio from ‘Mar’ restaurant for organizing our daughters birthday dinner, plus the rest of the St. Regis team. Useful Details: Lovely large swimming pool with 3 tiered infinity pools , so it never feels too full in the pool area. Our daughter loved the kids club and the staff there are great. The beach is a short walk downhill from the Hotel but quite busy with boat tripper groups. If you don’t have young children… then I think it would be far more enjoyable to stay here outside school holidays truthfully - it was perfect for us though. 😊 Spa: Beautiful 80 minute Ayurvedic massage with the wonderful Andrea which I highly recommend. Salon: Fantastic salon for ladies & gents , Hedi the owner did me a beautiful conditioning treatment & blow dry 👏👏👏 Taxis: Very difficult to organize a taxi or Uber in July especially evenings at dinner time ..so worth booking the hotel limousine service. Safety: There is a big problem currently in Mallorca with opportunists robbing tourists ( and homes ) so definitely do NOT walk to the nearby supermarket ( Mercadona which is great ) or ANYWHERE in Mallorca, wearing any watches (particular ROLEX) fancy jewelry, handbags, all of which are being stolen and watch out for pickpockets with crafty distractions. This really saddened us, because we have be coming to Mallorca for 30+ years and never experienced or felt this level before in Mallorca. For this reason only, we shall not return.

This place is like Fawlty Towers. The butler service apparently didn't follow up properly with our pre-arrival information. We received no help with an airport transfer. Our room did not have a sea view, there were mould apples left around the hotel, there were stains on the bar furniture, the whole place needs refurbishment, birds pooed all over the breakfast, there were scratches all over the floor in our room, our bags weren't waiting in our room as promised, front desk hardly ever answer the phone, they attempted to charge us twice for our stay, they immediately demanded a €750 pre authorisation on our room and over a week after checking out still haven't released the funds (they don't even pick up the phone to me anymore and when I have spoke to someone they say they'll phone back in 10 minutes and never do), the Michelin restaurant books up 10 days in advance and they don't think to tell you despite booking months in advance, the pictures are misleading as they don't have a private beach - 18-30s boat parties just park by the hotel, you can hear the other guests shouting and banging around in their rooms, the fridge is too noisy, the air conditioning didn't work properly and the night lights didn't work so had to turn off all the electrics in our room at night. We made these complaints to reception and they reduced my wife to tears. The staff were rude and aggressive and just talked over the top of us, resulting in having to make a scene in the main reception. Not how you want to spend your honeymoon. We then escalated our complaints to the general manager and he was even worse and completely dismissive and basically told us to leave the hotel if we didn't like it. Which we did, we checked out early and they then dragged that process on for another 2 hours. They didn't care about us and didn't care that it was our honeymoon. All we got for £3,500 was a cheap bottle of champagne and some half-deflated balloons. Seriously avoid this hotel, completely overpriced and the service is shocking. It has scarred us and ruined such a happy occasion for us.
