Really nice , friendly, place to stay and very quiet to ensure a good nights sleep, rustic but comfortable. The breakfast was OK and had included a very nice home baked apple pie !! You can walk 20 minutes into Castelleone to find somewhere to eat and drink.

Smooth reception, very friendly lady. Te rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, authentic, it feels 'real'. The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside, you have a very nice new outside. Breakfast is charming, very cosy. Not expensive, for sure a nice hotel if you're traveling in the Italian countryside.

Agriturismo Santa Maria Bressanoro was easy to find, the parking was secure (the external gates are locked at night), and we had a very warm welcome from Anna, who immediately took us to our room and quickly told us everything we needed to know AND made sure we had milk in the fridge (in the corridor) the second we asked for it. The room was big, with great wifi, a desk, tea making facilities (a definite rarity), TV, air con, a huge bed with beautifully embroidered sheets, and a big window protected by a flyscreen. The bathroom was spacious, with another big window and all the toiletries we needed. It's an easy trip into Castelleone, where there are plenty of opportunities to buy food - so I got a picnic and Anna sorted me out with plates, cutlery, glasses, and a much-needed corkscrew! After dinner we took a (short) walk round to the church in the evening sun, and the surroundings are beautiful. Monica made us breakfast in the morning and it was a joyful experience - lots of cake, smiles, honey, toast, yoghurt, home made preserves, coffee, tea, freshly squeezed peach juice, the offer of omelettes - it was all wonderful and we left full and very, very happy, as Monica took our photo and waved us off. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and heartily recommend it to everyone!

This place is a great one to stop off at, but a few days is probably too much, unless you are adamant you are going to see the local sights. We spent a night; the room was spacious, the breakfast lovely and the people incredibly friendly. Don Felipe's nearby pizza joint ticked the box, and the wine bar in Castelleone was fantastic. The only problem with this agri was the location; a semi-rural setting next to an old church that sounds lovely on paper, but left me a bit empty in reality. Still, I'd go back if I was driving by and needed to stop somewhere nice.

We had planned to arrive in the beginning of the afternoon at Santa Maria Bressanoro, but we were there around 09.00. A car alarm had kept us awake all night at our previous destination and we decided to leave after six hours flee the noise. The hostess at the agriturismo hurried tot prepare our room so we could sleep a few hours. When I was still awake I heard her saying sssshhhh tot her colleagues. Room was very spacious and provided with great beds! Breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to Castelleone, where Don Felipe served good pizza's. Agriturismo is part of a former monastery and is now still a farm where they produce fruits from olden times.
