Super friendly, authentic and service minded people. A special thanks to Marga who made our stay in the suite unforgettable. Amazing breakfast in the most beautifully decorated dining area, with a 180 degrees sea view. Tasteful interior, a perfect and calm vibe if you are traveling without kids and just want to relax and be inspired. Beds and linens are very comfortable and there is great water pressure in the shower. The beach is just a staircase away. Lunch menu by the pool offers great medium sized meals. Supermarket is a short drive away and if you rent a car there are so many beautiful towns and beaches to visit nearby. The gym could be better but I know they are working of that, the same with the spa (was out of function when we visited). Summarized: A GREAT hotel. Just go!

Recently stayed here while celebrating a birthday and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The location is fantastic, very peaceful with great ocean views and direct access to the beach. The rooms were clean and bright and finished to a really high standard, we stayed in a sea view and what a view it was to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was nice, exactly what we expected, not a huge selection but perfectly adequate and all good quality produce. We ended up dining in the hotel one of the evening as well and diner was exceptional, loads of choice for myself and also my partner who is a vegan, you can tell they put time and effort into the vegan food options its not an afterthought at all and it was greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the get go and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall would 100% look to stay again.

We discovered this hotel last minute on booking.com. The rooms looked small online and we had booked a garden view (which was actually pretty) but on arrival we were able to upgrade for a small charge to a sea view. We saw both rooms and both were lovely although we opted for the slightly larger sea view with sofa area. Rooms were clean and decor was fashionable, simple and in keeping with the island vibe. Breakfast was excellent. Varied and tasty. Food served at lunch also delicious. For us it was the staff that made this hotel feel so welcoming, friendly and relaxing. They were all extremely attentive. Particularly Rocio on checkin and the manager Sebastian who was always available and very welcoming. The situation is lovely although our only critique would be the hotel on the opposite side of the bay which has evening entertainment you can hear but it never goes on late and you don’t notice it after a while. We thought this hotel was superb value for money in terms of room rate and food/drink and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends.

The Icon Valparaiso was ok. Staff were very friendly, and accommodating and the hotel is steps away from the beach with a great view of the sea. However, if you are coming here the location is pretty remote from anything other than the beach and a couple of older style restaurants. We hired a car which allowed us to drive further a field to eat of an evening. We didn’t sample the dinner at the restaurant as the breakfast was so poor and the bar food was the same for a steep price. A portion of fries and two Diet Cokes cost 14 euro. At breakfast the eggs were over cooked, both the boiled and scrambled and the rest of selection wasn’t great. Pastries were fine. Our room was a garden facing which lacked privacy, everyone passing would look in and without the curtains closed it was very exposed. The room was basic and the fixtures looked very slap dash. The shelf under the sink was hanging off the wall and the sink itself needed some tlc. As for the rest of the hotel, the decor in the reception, restaurant and pool area were all decorated well however the pool looked old and tired, and on our first day there was a green rim around the pool and on the ladder. This looked as though it was cleaned the next day. I feel as though the hotel really needs to improve as there isn’t much in the area guests will have to grin and bear the food and facilities without a car. Other hotels we have stayed in which have been in quiet rural areas have had amazing facilities and plentiful good quality food options meaning we didn’t really need a car or to travel elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly but lacked profesionalism. For example no uniform dresscode of the staff. Staff is not following corona protocol to wear facemask as they shoud be and not secure that guests is doing the same.
Staff obstracting the seaview by taking their brake to smoke outside on the terrace. No aircondition in the restaurant which makes waiters sweat, not looking good. Because it is so hot in the dinningroom guests must open the windows which lets mosquitos get in.
We used the app for ordering our breakfast and you have only two options to choose. All of our extra requests and notes were ignored, e.g. how I wanted my eggs to be done.
We were told not to change our beach towels during our stay due to corona. In our opinion it is contradictory.
Spa is closed due corona situation.
During the check-in we were informed that we were upgraded to a better room. However this room turned out to be a room in a basement with ants crawling on the wall, noisy AC and a roof window that would allow sun wake us up early every morning. In our opinion this was downgrade. We didn’t accepted this.
In this corona crisis it seems like management have focused on cuting costs instead of whellbeeing of guests or staff.
The only thing you pay for is stanning view.

The room was clean and nice. The bed however wasn’t too comfortable, we both had a back ache after the second night. The ‘double bed’ was two single beds pushed together and you could fall through the middle if you rolled over. The walls are so thin you can clearly hear other guests having a normal conversation next door.
Would not recommend eating lunch there, unless you have to. Had the club sandwich on the first day; the patatas fritas amazingly were raw and the ‘crispy’ bacon was a thick uncooked mess - took that as a sign not to try the dinner. The breakfast was quite OK, but a waitress walking around with open wounds on her arms may put you off your meal.
By the poolside area the umbrellas provide next to no shade, and when asking the reception staff if any more umbrellas were available to make the heat bearable the answer was something along the lines of ‘what’s there is there, we have no more umbrellas’. Double check the towels they give you, they may be dirty, as was the case with us.
The rocky path down to the public beach can be borderline dangerous if you’re not careful, and the hotel seems to make zero effort to even trim any of the thorny bushes leading down from the pool area. The water & beach are amazing though. But for nearly 700 Euro for 2 nights, it’s completely overpriced for what you get. The hotel lacks any sort of personality.

This trip was amazing. The hotel looks even better in real life, the team is amazing and so friendly, the food was DELICIOUS! It is a very clean hotel and so relaxing in the evenings. The hotel is a few mins walk down to the beach. We have visited many of the famous beaches which were also lovely but we were so satisfied with Cala Murada which is local to the hotel. It has a lovely ‘coco beach bar’ that serves yummy lunch also. It is not crowded especially during the week it is very quiet compared to all the rest of the beaches and it is not a windy beach like the rest either. You can also hire surfboards on the beach which is pretty fun.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the moment we checked out, the ladies at the reception desk were so lovely and so kind greeted us and welcomed us so nicely. The doughnuts at breakfast is amazing definitely try them! It is 100x better than Krispy Kreme 🤤 At dinner, the team was amazing. Julia greeted us every time and was super friendly. He introduced us to the drink San Francisco and we were obsessed we had at-least 5 each a day on the beach and also at the hotels bar. They explained every dish and also made quick alternatives at times for us as we don’t eat pork. The food was amazing and so fresh both at breakfast and dinner. The desserts was also amazing. We are huge foodies and so thanked the chef Javier many times for his delicious food. The midnight before my husbands birthday I had asked if there was any small cakes I can buy to surprise him and Adrian had quickly pulled together such an amazing set up and again because my husband does not drink alcohol, he prepared his favourite drink San Francisco so nicely. He was amazed and so was I it was so sweet.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The amazing team and services just makes it that much more special. After my recommendations my auntie has already booked for next month and will visit with her fiancé. We will definitely be back! We loved Mallorca.

Room 115. This hotel is a little gem. Very quiet and incredibly relaxing. The staff is just amazing and the manager is beyond. They are all very attentive to the comfort of the client, friendly and always there to help. Food is delicious. You can choose between half board or à la carte. The half board menu gives you the possibility to choose between 2 entrées and 2 main dishes. Then you will have the dessert. As you can see from the photos, the pool isn’t too big and it is made to relax more than to swim, but I think it is what people going there are looking for. The common spaces and the room are very clean. The beach is easy to reach through the stairs from the hotel. Sunbeds on the beach aren’t included (as usually happen in Spain the beaches being public) but they only cost €12.40 (2 sunbeds and the umbrella). I will surely recommend this hotel.

Lovely relaxing, quiet hotel overall. Isabel, Marga & Hugo were all very helpful on reception and full of knowledge of the surrounding areas. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We hired a car for the day which was necessary to explore Majorca as the hotel is in quite a remote location (15 min walk to a Bip Supermarket was do-able). Food was excellent, and cooked fresh. Stunning beach just down the steps from the hotel with the clearest water (the nicest beach that we came across during the whole trip). A couple of negatives - the pool did let the hotel down slightly as it needs updating/cleaning and unfortunately during dinner you can hear the music from the hotels across the cove, but this seemed to vary depending on which way the wind was blowing. A door handle was missing from the patio door on our first room, I informed reception and asked to change rooms so we then moved to a much larger room which was better, although a little frustrating after unpacking. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views and polite staff.

amazing vacation!!! We have been in an incredible Hotel with panoramic views with turquoise water and warm water. We booked a room with a sea view, without a doubt the best to be able to contemplate the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Breakfast is perfect, there is a variety of sweet and savory, you can order fried eggs at the moment and Rosa is incredible, a very good worker. At reception I want to give a special mention to Rocío, always attentive to customers and their satisfaction, always asking how we were and even remembering our room number. The rooms are always clean always new towels and new sheets. We have felt at home and it has been a vacation to always remember, we hope to return so. And last but not least to Director Sebastian, who always does an amazing job. A hug for everyone, especially Adrián, Julián, Gabi, Rocio,Rosa, Marga and Isabel.
