We stayed in a superior room which along with the rest of the hotel was charming. We had great views over the bay from our balcony, and also from the terrace where we had breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly, giving us tips on where to eat and even booking the table for us

Excellent in a historic stone building. Great attention to detail in amenities and decor. Lovely breakfast, self service bar, customer service. Viviane made us feel very welcomed and provided excellent tips about where to dine and enjoy in the area. Great views of the bay!!! We will definitely stay here again. Wifi works great!

Very comfortable hotel in an old stone rectory. Lovely decorated rooms. Great views of the bay. Lovely outdoor breakfast. The kids loved being able to have a swim in the pool. Great launching point for the rias bails and the islands.

It is a really old stone building with great views, a pool, friendly service, comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast, ideally situated to explore the surrounding area and with a good restaurant in Walking distance down at the harbour. We had a lovely stay, thank you! Karin & Dennis from France

Happy to provided an updated review as some things have changed. Previous positive reviews are all correct and we had a marvellous stay for 10 days in June. It is well placed to visit many tourist areas including a 50 minutes trip to Santiago via the excellent motorways. Excellent Wi-Fi everywhere. Vivienne (from Brazil) our host was most helpful but...

I uhm'd and aah'd a little bit before writing this review. Its a former monk's residence tucked way in a quiet corner of Galicia, with warm staff, great views and bags of character. What's not to like? Nothing really, except its a little, well, odd. It wasn't helped by the fact that when we stayed we were the only ones...

Dear Mark, thanks for visiting us and for your review. At that time we had some technical problems with the pool, but now a days are already fixed, and the pool is working. Hope to see you back in our Hotel. Kind Regards.

We stayed here for two great nights with our wine tasting group. The owners Juan Carlos and Randi treated us like members of their own family sparing no effort to make our stay comfortable and fun. Copious amounts of Albariño wine, Galician beer and generous Gin & Tonics flowed on both evenings. Juan's local knowledge of the local wineries was...

Juan Carlos and Randi were incredibly welcoming and kind, the breakfast superb and the views delightful. We had an amazing stay at their Casa rural; when you walk into the enclosed yard, it is as if the real world is shut outside. there is feeling of calm and contentedness within the walls. The bedroom had two comfy large twin beds,...

We stayed for a week and as others have said it really felt like home from home except that the quality of the accommodation far exceeds that of our own home! The renovation undertaken by the owners has been done with great care and attention to detail; the public rooms are comfortable and well furnished and our bedroom was large,...

I have visited this charming inn near Vigo, Spain several times in the past 8 or 9 years, and always come away feeling that I did not stay long enough. Situated high enough to offer perfect views of the ria (like a Spanish fjord) from every room, the old rectory building was virtually rescued from ruin by the owners who...
