Ah well, if you want to go to the Gillis, you have to pick a place and from the reviews, this sounded ok. And it was ok,but not more. The plus side: the bed was very comfortable and clean! The downside: everything felt and looked old and in need of renovations, and it didn't feel clean. The dogs running around at the...

A very warm welcome from a very enthusiastic hostess, welcome juice, well decorated room made us feel really appreciated. The white sandy beach with nice offers of fresh fish just a 7 min walk away. Probably the best stay for a night before or after visiting the Gilis, why not even for longer. Nice menu to choose from for breakfast....

Its a very nice place. The rooms are clean and the owner and staff is super friendly and helpful. I also liked the atmosphere in this hometsay. Another big advantage is the fact, that its very close to the nicest beach in the village (white sand beach). I also loved the breakfast there a lot. Will be back for sure...

This is really a place when you can relax. Most of private rooms are very nice and clean. You have breakfast on a bamboo table with other guets and the owner is a perfect host. Breakfast is OK. The place worths every rupiah you spend (not so many, indeed).

This is absolutely one of the nicest places I've stayed on my travels. The dorm is clean, spacious, comfortable beds, both AC and fans, lockers for valuables, amazing shower with proper pressure and hot water. Breakfast is included, and it's one of the best I've had at a hostel - choice of options, and all bread homemade!! There's a great...

I really enjoyed staying at bamboo paradise, especially my room with air con, some friendly geckos :) and the outdoor bathroom. It's neither far to beautiful White Sand Beach nor the Blue Lagoon or the Ferry Port. Thanks a lot to aisha and her team for making me feel welcome.
