One of the worst hotels in this price range I have ever encountered. Rooms are not renovated in 30+ years, super uncomfortable beds and couches. Expensive mediocre food. No other real food options in walking distance. And on top of all that: that charged us 100€!! for a small laundry!! 🤯

Dear Lenz It is a pleasure to greet you, we appreciate your comments that always help us to improve and we wanted to tell you some important details for you to keep in mind, in the hotel we have 3 categories of rooms, the Premiun rooms all remodeled where your in-laws stayed (and who told us that they had been very happy and would return to visit us), the Standard rooms, coincidentally one of them is where you stayed (with new beds and mattresses less than two years old) and the basic rooms in the process of remodeling. We also have a new chef in the restaurant and we are receiving very good and positive comments, a fortnight ago we have been awarded with a badge of recommendation according to the comments of the clients in Restaurant Guru! I copy the link so you can see it. https://es.restaurantguru.com/widget-awards?UExBVEFORVJBLVJlc3RhdXJhbnRlLWFuZC1CYXItUHVudGEtZGVsLUhpZGFsZ28= On the other hand in all rooms we have detailed information and prices of the laundry and information about the washing machine and dryer we have in the hotel with coins, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. We have checked the totals and you did indeed send 40 pieces of laundry overnight. However, we thank you once again for choosing us as your priority hotel. Atlantis Park.

Lovely hotel, fantastic breakfast and great dinner and staff. The rooms are old fashioned but are well kept. Who care about the room decor, room is large with a kitchenette and balcony. Good value for money and 2mins from the sea. Hotel garden and pool are exquisite.

I was somewhat worried before I checked in but the resort turned out to be much better than expected. Check 8n was very efficient and Suzanna was very nice and with a smile she provided all required information to enjoy our stay. The premium suite is very relaxing, comfortable beds, however the sofa could have been replaced with a better one. Swimming pool area very clean and relaxing. Good breakfast but can be made better. Overall value for cost is reasonable.

The rooms are a little old fashioned, but authentic and very clean. Who cares about the decorations, when the room is super clean, you have a big kitchen, living room and balcony. The bed wasn’t the best, it was squeaky, but comfortable. Everyday was almost the same breakfast, but still it was various and delicious. And the staff was super professional, lovely and helpful. They answered every question we had, managed every little issue immediately with respect and care. The pool was also amazing, they cleaned and disinfected it every night. Thank you for making our stay so good! It was perfect for our family, and we felt like home! Muchas gracias!

4 night Birthday break. The place is nicely laid out. Grounds & pool area very clean & tidy with loads of plants & trees. All staff, Reception, Breakfast & cleaners very efficient. Nice touch with the Bubbly, certificate & Honey on my birthday. Breakfast had plenty of choice, all cold no cooked food. Every day the same though. But all good & with hot coffee. Rooms, as with the whole hotel, were spotlessly clean, although very dated & lounge seats not very comfortable. Nice size balcony, just a shame our view was spoiled by the biggest Grapefruit tree I've ever seen. Overall a nice & peaceful place to stay & would return.

I have chosen Atlantis Park two times. Each room has separate bedroom and open kitchen. From balcony there is beautiful view to the mountains of Anaga National Park and seaside view. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and ready to help. I strongly recommend this place for people who want to have good time in a beautiful place. The most of the guests of the hotel elderly people, therefore you will have very calm atmosphere. And sunsets here is awesome! Also this area very popular for surfing, there are a lot of surf schools. Thank you

We visited the place for a week in 2017/2018 (New Year's Eve incl.). The whole place is quiet and occupied mostly by older German tourist (which is OK if you are not a party animal). It's 2 minutes from the promenade with a stunning view and restaurants. If you are a luxury seeker - then this place is not for you. If you rented a car and are looking for a recluse place, where you can sleep nicely and have your evening fish on a promenade - then this hotel will work for you. The rooms are nice despite their 80s look. Breakfasts are the same every day - but the food is good and it was not me complaining about it ;) The staff is very friendly - and they speak multiple languages - but as I mentioned - it helps if at least one of you speaks German. Would I go there again? Yes. And again I would rent a car. And again eat "fish of the day" every evening. Even though we had some km extra to drive every evening - now from the time perspective I must admit it was really nice.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week, and we had the most relaxing, wonderful stay. I usually stay in bigger resorts but decided to take a chance on this hotel and area, and so glad we did. It is a quiet resort in the mountains, and if you are coming from the south airport as we did - probably best to hire a car (driving in Tenerife isn't too bad as there isn't much traffic) The language most widely spoken at the hotel is German, followed by Spanish, so if you happen to know a little of either it will go a long way. The staff here are fantastic and very friendly - we got chatting to Liz the owner and her story of why she built this place is very interesting. The waiter we had at breakfast and dinner was also very friendly and helpful - always with a smile on his face! (I can't remember his name). In terms of food at the hotel- it is fairly basic, but you have a kitchen in the rooms if you want to cook something - or nice restaurants in the area. I do remember the coffee being good at breakfast - and cocktails which you can have by the pool. The apartment rooms are a very generous size with a kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony at night, looking out over the mountains. One thing me and my partner really loved here was the table tennis room - there is also a room with gym equipment which always seemed to be available. All in all a relaxing, wonderful stay at the Atlantis Park Aparthotel in a beautiful, quiet area. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so great.

I have stayed in this hotel twice so far and have something of a soft spot for it. It is, as another reviewer wrote, a throwback from the 1970s, but the apartments are spacious and from the balcony one can see both the mountains and the ocean at a single glance. There is a large pool if you can't venture the 100 meters to the beach. I was here on a hiking holiday, and the hotel is an ideal place from which to explore the Añaga mountains. Meals were pleasant (you need to choose from three options the day before and they will be served to you). WiFi is rather slow and does not work in the whole apartment. I liked Punta del Hidalgo - it felt less touristy than most places in Tenerife but I wouldn't recommend it if all you are looking for is a beach holiday.
